2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ժամը 12:28-ին, Շիրակի մարզի Պեմզաշեն գյուղի բնակիչների՝ դռան թակոցներին և հեռախոսազանգերին չարձագանքելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդում է ստացվել Արթիկի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատում:
Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը Պեմզաշեն գյուղի N տան ննջասենյակում հայտնաբերել է նույն հասցեի բնակիչներ՝ 1991 թվականին ծնված Զ.Մ.-ի և նրա երեխաների՝ 2010 թվականին ծնված Կ.Մ.-ի ու 2014 թվականին ծնված Ս.Մ.-ի դիերը՝ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով:
Նույն օրը Քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժնում Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ` նշված տան ննջասենյակի մեկտեղանի մահճակալին հայտնաբերվել է արական սեռի երեխայի դի՝ կրծքավանդակի հատվածում կտրած-ծակած վերքերով՝ ձեռքերը և ոտքերը կապած վիճակում, նույն ննջասենյակի հատակին հայտնաբերվել է իգական սեռի երեխայի դի՝ կրծքավանդակի հետին մակերեսին և որովայնի հատվածներում կտրած-ծակած վերքերով, իգական սեռի դի՝ որովայնի և կրծքավանդակի հատվածներում ու կրծքավանդակի հետին մակերեսին կտրած-ծակած վերքերով՝ ձեռքերը հետնամասում թելով կապված վիճակում:
Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են վկաներ, որոշումներ են կայացվել Զ.Մ.-ին, Կ.Մ.-ին և Ս.Մ-ին տուժող ճանաչելու մասին:
Կատարվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական, վարութային այլ գործողություններ, ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները, հանցանքը կատարած անձի /անձանց/ ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հանրությանը պարբերաբար կտեղեկացնի վարույթի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ և հորդորում է զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով չտարածել այնպիսի տեղեկություններ կամ դեպքի վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություններ, որոնք հաստատված չեն նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված գործողությունների արդյունքներով և կարող են խուճապի ու տագնապի պատճառ հանդիսանալ:
