Հնդկաստանը Հայաստանին սեփական արտադրության 155 միլիմետրանոց ATAGS հաուբիցներ կմատակարարի։ Այս մասին գրում են հնդկական ԶԼՄ–ները։
The Hindu պարբերականի տեղեկության համաձայն` պատվերը ստացել է Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd մասնավոր ընկերությունը, որը Bharat Forge Ltd ընկերության դուստր ձեռնարկությունն է։

Պարբերականը Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd մամուլի ծառայությանը հղում անելով նշում է, որ հաուբիցների մատակարարումն իրականացվելու է Հնդկաստանի «Atmanirbhar Bharat» պետական ծրագրի շրջանակում` համաձայն Հնդկաստանի՝ սեփական արտադրության առաջադեմ ռազմական հարթակների արտահանումը խթանելու ձգտման:
Թերթը չի նշում գնորդ երկրի անունը, սակայն Business Standart–ի տեղեկություններով, խոսքը Հայաստանի մասին է։

Նշվում է, որ սա Հնդկաստանի պատմության մեջ այս հրետանային համակարգերի արտահանման առաջին դեպքն է։ Պայմանագրի գումարը կազմում է 150 մլն դոլար, գործարքն իրականացվելու է երեք տարվա ընթացքում։

Ընկերությունում պարզաբանում են նաև, որ ATAGS-ը 48 կմ խոցման հեռահարություն ունի։

Ի դեպ, սա երկու երկրների միջև պաշտպանական ոլորտում առաջին գործարքը չէ։ Ավելի վաղ հնդկական Solar Group ընկերությունը հայտնել էր Pinaka համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգերի գնման համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու մասին։ Ի դեպ, այս համակարգերի առաջին գնորդը ևս կլինի Հայաստանը։

Պայմանագրերի շրջանակում խոսվում էր նաև ռուսական–խորհրդային մոդելի «Կոնկուրս» հակատանկային հրթիռների գնման մասին, որոնք արտադրվում են Հնդկաստանում՝ հավաստագրով։ Մինչ այդ հնդկական TheEconomic Times պարբերականը նշում էր, որ խոսքը 260 մլն դոլարի սպառազինության մասին է։ Քննարկվում է նաև 80-մմ հրետանային կայանքների, արկերի և Akash ԶՀՀ–ների ձեռք բերման հարցը։
