Պեմզաշենում ընտանիքի սպանությունը նմանեցնում են Ավետիսյանների սպանությանը

Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Նախօրեին Շիրակի մարզի Պեմզաշեն համայնքում սպանված են հայտնաբերել 31-ամյա մի կնոջ ու նրա 8 և 12 տարեկան երեխաներին։ Մինչ այս պահը կասկածյալ կամ ձերբակալված որևէ անձ չկա։ Այսօր ՌԴ-ից Հայաստան է վերադարձել ընտանիքի հայրը։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Պեմզաշեն գյուղի բնակչուհու և վերջինիս երկու երեխաների սպանության դեպքը բացահայտելու  ուղղությամբ: Պեմզաշեն գյուղի 1-ին փողոցի 10-րդ տան բնակիչների՝ դռան թակոցներին  և հեռախոսազանգերին չարձագանքելու վերաբերյալ  հաղորդումը ստացվել է 2022թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 12:28-ին:

Անմիջապես հիշյալ հասցե է մեկնել օպերատիվ խումբը և բացելով տան դուռը՝ ննջասենյակում հայտնաբերել նշված տան բնակիչների՝ 1991թ. ծնված կնոջ և վերջինիս՝ 07.12.2010թ. ծնված դստեր և 12.06.2014թ. ծնված որդու դիերը՝  կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով:

 

Փաստի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով, որի շրջանակներում իրականացվել են քննչական և վարութային անհետաձգելի և մեծածավալ գործողություններ:

Մասնավորապես՝ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, տուժողների մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դիակների դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Պեմզաշենի գյուղապետ Աղասի Վարդանյանը «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ ամբողջ գյուղի շոկի մեջ է, մարդիկ լարված վիճակում են: Երբ լսել են լուրը, կարծել են, թե շմոլ գազից են թունավորվել, ավելի ուշ պարզել են դաժան սպանությունը:

«Ոչ մի բան դեռ պարզ չի, իրավապահներն այս պահին էլ աշխատում են, գյուղում են: Նոր բան չկա, սպասում ենք պաշտոնական տվյալների»,-ասաց գյուղապետը:

Գյուղապետը չժխտեց, որ Պեմզաշենում ընտանիքի սպանությունը նմանեցնում են Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությանը:

«Քանի որ դեռ չի բացահայտվել, մարդիկ ամեն ինչ էլ քննարկում են, բայց ինչ-որ կոնկրետ բան չկա: Իրենք նորմալ, հանգիստ մարդիկ էին, որևէ մեկի հետ կոնֆլիկտ չեն ունեցել: Իրենց հետ կապված որևէ վատ բան չեմ լսել: Իրենք նորմալ փշվում էին մարդկանց հետ»,-ասաց գյուղապետը՝ հավելելով, որ եթե պարտքեր ունեցած լինեին, որևէ ձևով խոսակցություններում ի հայտ կգար, կշահարկվեր, բայց չի եղել նման բան:
