Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թվիթերյան գրառում է արել, որում նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը Հայաստանի հասցեին հոխորտալից իր ելույթով կոպտորեն խախտել է ուժի կիրառումից կամ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքից զերծ մնալու մասին Սոչիի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթը, ինչի համար սակայն, ըստ Փաշինյանի, Ալիևը տարօրինակ կերպով մեղադրում է Հայաստանին: Հայաստանի վարչապետը նախօրեին ծավալուն և հանգամանալից ելույթով էր անդրադարձել Ալիևի ելույթին, կետ առ կետ փորձելով ցույց տալ, և առաջին հերթին թերևս միջնորդ դերակատարներին, որ Ադրբեջանը գործնականում չունի խաղաղության նպատակադրում և պատրաստակամություն:

Ժամանակագրական առումով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այդ ելույթին հաջորդեց Հայաստանի ՊՆ հաղորդագրությունը, որ ադրբեջանական կրակոցների հետևանքով Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանի դիրքերից մեկում վիրավորվել է հայ զինծառայող և նրա վիճակը գնահատվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր: Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ն հաճախ էր հայտնում ադրբեջանական կողմից հրադադարի խախտումների մասին: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Արցախի ՊԲ-ն վերջին օրերին արդեն երկրորդ անգամ ստիպված է հերքել ադրբեջանական քարոզչությամբ տարվող տեղեկությունը, թե հայկական ուժերը կրակել են ադրբեջանցիների ուղղությամբ: Բաքուն այդօրինակ քարոզչություն սովորաբար իրականացնում է իր սադրանքներից առաջ, դրանք իբրև թե հայկական կողմի սադրանքին պատասխան ներկայացնելու համար: Այդ ֆոնին, Հայաստանի վարչապետն իր ելույթից հետո փաստորեն հարկ է համարում իրավիճակին անդրադառնալ նաև թվիթերյան համառոտ գրառումով, արդեն թերևս հասցեականորեն շեշտադրելով, որ Ալիևի խախտում է Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարության շատ կոնկրետ արձանագրում՝ ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառումից զերծ մնալու պայմանավորվածություն: Ընդ որում, թերևս ուշադրության է արժանի այն, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանի թե ելույթը, թե գրառումը հաջորդում է նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինի հետ հեռախոսազրույցին, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել էին Երևանում նոյեմբերի 23-ին ՀԱՊԿ Վեհաժողովի հետ կապված հարցեր, ինչպես նաև Պուտինի հայաստանյան այցին առնչվող թեմաներ, որը կմեկնարկի նոյեմբերի 22-ին: Այդ ֆոնին Հայաստանի վարչապետի ելույթն ու թվիթերյան գրառումը ՌԴ նախագահի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում Հայաստանին հուզող անվտանգային հարցերի առնչությամբ քննարկումից Երևանի դժգոհությա՞ն, թե հակառակի վկայություն է և Երևանն արտահայտում է նաև ՌԴ դժգոհությունը:

Բայց, այդ հանգամանքը կարո՞ղ է կանգնեցնել Ալիևին, եթե վերջինս դարձյալ մտմտում է որևէ մասշտաբային սադրանքի մասին: Եվ արդյո՞ք այստեղ Ալիևին կարող է «ոգևորել» Խերսոնից զորքը հետ քաշելու մասին ՌԴ որոշման հանգամանքը: Մյուս կողմից, այդ մասին ի՞նչ է մտածում նոյեմբերի 7-ին Միրզոյան-Բայրամով հանդիպում կազմակերպած Վաշինգտոնը, որն իր միջնորդական առաքելության համատեքստում ստանձնում է պատասխանատվություն իրավիճակն ուժի կիրառումից զերծ պահելու համար:
