Ֆրանսիայում ավտոկայանատեղիները նաև հոսանք կարտադրեն. Փորձը կարելի է բերել Հայաստան

Ֆրանսիայի Սենատը հավանություն է տվել օրինագծին, որը պարտադրում է արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել ներկայումս գործող և նոր կառուցվելիք ավտոկայանատեղերում, որտեղ 80 և ավելի տրանսպորտային միջոցներ են տեղակայված։ Օրենքի համաձայն մեծ ավտոկայանատեղիի սեփականատերը 5 տարի ժամանակ ունեն արևային վահանակներ տեղադրելու համար, իսկ 400 և ավելի մեքենա տեղավորող ավտոկայանատեղերի սեփականատերերի համար ժամկետ է սահմանված միայն 3 տարին և պրտադիր է լինելու բոլոր ավտոկայանատեղիներին։
Փաստաթուղթը պահանջում է, որ առնվազն ավտոկայանատեղիների տարածքի կեսը ծածկված լինի արևային վահանակնեով։ Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությունում կարծում են, թե նորամուծությունը թույլ կտա 11 գիգավատ ավելի շատ էներգիա գեներացնել։
Դեռևս իր երկրորդ ընտրությունների ժամանակ նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը խոստացել էր մինչև 2030 թվականը նվազեցնել վտանգավոր արտանետումները Ֆրանսիայում 1990 թվականի մակարդակի համաեմատ 40 տոկոսով պակաս։ Ելիսեյան պալատի ղեկավարը նաև փորձում է արագացնել քամու և արևային էլեկտրակայանների շինարարությունը երկրում։
Ըստ էության ավտոկայանատեղիները արևային վահանակներով ծածկելու այս քայլը բավական ողջամիտ և մտածված է։ Տարածքները, որոնք օգտագործում են մեքենաների կայանելու համար, բավականին մեծ են և հնարավոր է նվազագույն ծախսերով լուրջ քանակությամբ էներգիա ստանալ։
Այս նորամուծությունը, ինչպես նշում են փորձագետները, կարող է տարածվել ողջ Եվրոպայի տարածքում և օգնել եվրոպական էներգետիկ անվտանգությանը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս փորձը կիրառելի է նաև Հայաստանում։ Այստեղ էլ մեծ ու փոքր ավտոկայանատեղիներ կան, որոնք կարելի է ծածկել, նախ առաջին հերթին դա օգտակար կլինի թե՛ հենց մեքենաների սեփականատերերին, որ նրանց մեքենաները կանգնած կլինեն ծածկի տակ և երկրորդ՝ կայանատեղիների սեփականատերերը ստիպված կլինեն իրենք որոշակի ծախսեր անել, ապա նաև շահույթ ստանալ։
Մեր երկրում, նշենք, գոյություն ունի արևային վահանակներ արտադրչող միայն մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոնը», և նույնիսկ միայն «Սոլարոնի» հնարավորությունները բավարար են, օրինակ, Երևանում բոլոր ավտակայանատեղիների տանիքներին արևային վահանակներ դնելու համար։
