ԿԸՀ-ն հաստատել է 2023-ի ՏԻՄ հերթական ընտրությունների օրերը

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը նոյեմբերի 11-ին հերթական նիստն է գումարել։ Օրակարգում երկու հարց է ընդգրկված եղել, առաջինը՝ 2023-ին սպասվող Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հերթական ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրեր սահմանելու մասին էր։ Երկրորդ հարցով ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվել ԿԸՀ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 17-ի «Ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների անդամների թեկնածուների դիմումի ձևը և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը սահմանելու մասին» N 33-Ն որոշումը։
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի հայտարարությունից:
Այսպիսով՝ ՏԻՄ հերթական ընտրությունների օրեր են սահմանվել 2023 թվականի մարտի 26-ը, հունիսի 11-ը և հոկտեմբերի 29-ը։ Քվեարկությունների օրերը սահմանելու հարցը ներկայացրել է ԿԸՀ քարտուղար Արմեն Սմբատյանը։ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Վահագն Հովակիմյանն էլ հավելել է, որ նշանակված քվեարկությունների օրերը չեն վերաբերում Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին, քանի որ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի համաձայն՝ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները նշանակում է Կառավարությունը։ Մյուս հարցը ներկայացրել է ԿԸՀ փոխնախագահ Նունե Հովհաննիսյանը, ում խոսքով՝ հանձնաժողովին ներկայացված նախագիծը պայմանավորված է 2022 թվականի հուլիսին Ընտրական օրենսգրքում կատարված փոփոխությամբ, մասնավորապես փոխվել են ընտրատարածքային հանձնաժողովների անդամներին ներկայացվող պահանջները։ Ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքի համաձայն՝ պարզեցվել են ընտրատարածքային հանձնաժողովների անդամներին ներկայացվող պահանջները․ ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների կազմում կարող են ընդգրկվել ընտրական իրավունք և բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք հրապարակային քաղաքական գործունեություն չեն ծավալում։
Հանձնաժողովի անդամները միաձայն հաստատել են օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերը։
