Մենք այսօր փորձում ենք սպառազինության եւ տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման մեր հնարավորությունները դիվերսիֆիկացնել եւ այդ ուղղությամբ գնալ առաջ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 11-ին, Հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ի պատասխան Հնդկաստանից զենք մատակարարելու մասին մամուլի հրապարակումները մեկնաբանելու խնդրանքին։
Նրա խոսքով` եթե զենքի մատակարարման մասին տեղեկատվություն հրապարակելու անհրաժեշտություն ու նպատակահարմարություն լինի, ապա դա կարվի։
Հարցին, թե արդյոք լուծվեց գործընկեր պետությունից զենքի մատակարարման հարցը, որ Հայաստանը 100 միլիոնավոր վճարումներ էր արել, սակայն զենքը չի մատակարարվել, Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Ոչ, ցավոք, մինչեւ օրս չի լուծվել, մեր քննարկումները շարունակվում են, ընթացքի մեջ են»:
Դիտարկմանը, որ մամուլում շրջանառվում էր Հորդանանի անունը, Փաշինյանը ժպտալով արձագանքեց. «Մամուլը սովորաբար, ինչպես միշտ, շատ ավելի հավաստի տեղեկություններ ունի»:
Հիշեցնենք՝ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը որոշակի հաջողություններ ունի նաեւ մեր դաշնակիցների հետ հարաբերությունների իմաստով եւ փորձում է այնպես անել, որ Հայաստանին զենք եւ ռազմամթերք չմատակարարվի:
«Մենք դեպքեր ունենք, երբ 100 միլիոնավոր դոլարներ վճարված են, բայց ՀՀ նկատմամբ մատակարարումների պարտավորությունները չեն կատարվում, այդ թվում դաշնակից երկրների կողմից: Սա, իհարկե, ցավալի իրողություն է»,– ասել էր Փաշինյանը։
