Պատերազմից հետո էլ մարդիկ շարունակում են իրենց ապագան կառուցել Արցախում՝ իրենց հողի վրա: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:
«Արցախն իսկապես հրաշքներով լի է: Ասկերանի շրջանի Աստղաշեն համայնքն էլ դրանցից մեկն է՝ բնության իր յուրօրինակ զարդերով ու պարարտ հողով: Ուրախ եմ, որ կարողանում եմ ընտանիքիս ծանոթացնել իմ հայրենիքի ամենասիրուն անկյուններին ու այդտեղ ապրող մարդկանց հետ: Պատերազմից հետո էլ մարդիկ շարունակում են իրենց ապագան կառուցել Արցախում՝ իրենց հողի վրա:
Կնոջս՝ Վերոնիկայի ու կրտսեր որդուս՝ Գեորգիի հետ, օրեր առաջ Աստղաշենում էինք: Եղանք պատերազմից հետո հիմնված արաքայանարինջի այգում: Գործարար-ներդրող Արման Հակոբջանյանը (ով հիմա իմ թիմում է) այգին հիմնել է՝ ցույց տալով իր հողի վրա ապրելու ու կյանքը Արցախում շարունակելու հայի կամքն ու վճռականությունը:
Քսան հեկտար զբաղեցնող այգին հիմնվել և մշակվում է ժամանակակից գյուղատնտեսական բոլոր ստանդարտներին համապատասխան, ապահովված է ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգով: Մի քանի տարի հետո արդեն այս այգուց առատ բերք կհավաքեն, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ ոչ միայն աշխատատեղեր կստեղծվեն հարակից համայնքերի բնակիչների համար, այլև արցախյան որակյալ արտադրանքը կարտահանվի միջազգային շուկա:
Արցախում ներդրումները շարունակվելու են: Եվ ես աջակցություն եմ ցուցաբերելու բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր պատրաստ են լինելու գալ ու ներդրում անել Արցախում: Մենք իրական հնարավորություն ունենք Արցախը դարձնելու կյանքի համար լավագույն վայրը տարածաշրջանում»:
