Ադրբեջանը կեղծում է, Հայաստանը՝ հերքում, ինչ ունի ասելու ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հերքել է Ադրբեջանի տարածած տեղեկությունը, թե նոյեմբերի 13-ի գիշերը հայկական զինուժի ստորաբաժանումները կրակել են ադրբեջանական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: Ադրբեջանը վերջին օրերին հերթական անգամ տարածում է այդօրինակ կեղծ տեղեկություն: Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հերքում է հերթական անգամ: Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանի մշտադիտարկման Եվրամիության խումբը՝ լուռ է: Խումբը աշխատում է արդեն քանի օր: Նոյեմբերի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի հետ հեռախոսազրույց ունեցած Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնը նշել էր ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության աշխատանքի կարևորությունը՝ կայունության ապահովման հարցում: Այդ խմբի շուրջ համաձայնությունը կայացվել էր Պրահայի քառակողմ հանդիպմանը, թեև այն համաձայնություն էր ավելի շատ Հայաստանի ու ԵՄ միջև, իսկ Բաքուն ընդամենը տվել է հարկ եղած, իրեն առնչվող հարցերում այդ առաքելության հետ աշխատելու համաձայնություն: Չնայած պահպանվող հարաբերական կայունությանը, փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ ադրբեջանական ապատեղեկատվությունները՝ թե հայկական կողմը խախտել է հրադադարը, դառնում են ադրբեջանական պատրաստվող ագրեսիայի «նախաբան»:
Համենայն դեպս այն, որ Ադրբեջանը մի կողմից ինքն է պարբերաբար խախտում հրադադարը, ինչի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի ՊՆ-ն տարածում է հաղորդագրություններ, մյուս կողմից փորձում է հայկական կողմին կեղծ մեղադրանք ներկայացնել իբրև թե հրադադարի խախտումների համար, ունի բավականին զգոն վերաբերմունքի կարիք: Այդ առնչությամբ շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունը զբաղվի ոչ միայն լուռ փաստահավաքությամբ, այլ թերևս որոշակի պարբերականությամբ փաստագրական ամփոփումներով, ներկայացնելով որոշակի սահմանափակ ժամանակահատվածի դիտորդական արձանագրումների ամփոփագիրը:
Անկասկած է, որ դիտորդական առաքելության մեխանիզմը ունի կենսունակության բարձրացմանն ուղղված լրամշակումների անհրաժեշտություն, այլապես, առկա իրավիճակից է կախված այդ մեխանիզմը, քան իրավիճակը՝ մեխանիզմի գործունեությունից: Հաշվի առնելով Բաքվի գործողությունների մեթոդաբանության և տրամաբանության նախադեպերը, լռությունը թերևս արդյունավետ վարքագիծ չէ, որ պետք է դրսևորի ԵՄ առաքելությունը, հաշվի առնելով նաև այն, որ Ադրբեջանն իհարկե իր մոտիվներում դիտարկելու է նաև այդ առաքելությանը հեղինակազրկելու նպատակը:
