Ուկրաինային անհրաժեշտ են անվտանգության նոր և արդյունավետ երաշխիքներ, իսկ Մինսկի պայմանավորվածություններին վերադառնալու գաղափարն անհնար է, ասել է Ուկրաինայի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահը G20-ի գագաթնաժողովում իր ելույթի ժամանակ նկարագրել է Ռուսաստանի հետ Մինսկի պայմանավորվածությունների շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը։

Մասնավորապես, Զելենսկին առաջ է քաշել մի շարք պայմաններ, որոնց իրականացումը թույլ կտա դադարեցնել հակամարտությունը «արդարացիորեն՝ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և միջազգային իրավունքի հիման վրա»։

Բացի այդ, Զելենսկին առաջարկել է Ռուսաստանի հետ գերիների փոխանակում կատարել «բոլորը՝ բոլորի դիմաց» բանաձևով։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ նման փոխանակման ձևաչափը գերիների ազատ արձակման միակ իրական մոդելն է, ինչի համար պետք է համախմբվել։

«Մենք պետք է համախմբվենք գերիների ազատ արձակման միակ իրական մոդելի համար՝ «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց», - ասել է  նա։

Միաժամանակ, ընդգծել է Զելենսկին, այս բանաձևը պետք է ներառի նաև Ռուսաստանի տարածք մեկնած քաղաքացիական անձանց, ինչպես նաև երեխաներին, որոնց Ուկրաինան անվանում է տեղահանվածներ։
