Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը ողջունում է նոյեմբերի 15-ին Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի կողմից ընդունված բանաձևը, որը դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ և հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանի և Արցախի նկատմամբ։ Հայտնում են Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարարությունից․

«Փաստաթղթում վերահաստատվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու և այդ ճանաչումը որպես բանակցային գործիք կիրառելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ տևական խաղաղություն հաստատելու նպատակով։

Բանաձևում ընդգծվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի կրկնվող ագրեսիվ գործողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ սպառնում են արցախահայության անվտանգությանն ու ազատությանը։

Սենատը կոչ է անում Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությանը անել հնարավորը, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը անհապաղ միանա բանակցային գործընթացին՝ Հարավային Կովկասում կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու համար։

Նման բովանդակությամբ բանաձևի ընդունումը կարևոր քայլ է և՛ քաղաքական, և՛ իրավական, և՛ բարոյական տեսանկյուններից, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի ծավալապաշտական և ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը լուրջ մարտահրավեր և սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն հայ ժողովրդի և հայոց պետականության, այլ նաև տարածաշրջանային կայունության և ընդհանրապես քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի համար։

Երախտագիտություն ենք հայտնում Ֆրանսիայի մեր բարեկամներին՝ աներկբա և սկզբունքային դիրքորոշում որդեգրելու համար»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
