Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Ամբողջ օրը խառն էի, չէի հասցնում արձագանքել այս թեմայով։
Սա էլ գրեմ ու գնամ ՔԿ:
 
Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի «աղմկահարույց» հարցազրույցի մասին շատ ենք խոսել և հակադարձել:
 
Խոսքիս հասցեատերն այս պահին ինքը չէ, այլ ՝ Թաթուլ Հակոբյանը, ով կրկին, երկու տարի անց, փորձում է դաշտ նետել մի հարցազրույց, որի բովանդակության իսկությունը քանիցս հենց այդ պահին, թարմ հետքերով հերքվել է թե՛ իմ, թե՛ իմ մնացած գործընկերների կողմից:
 
Թե ո՞րն է Արթուր Թովմասյանի հարցազրույցը կրկին շրջանառելու նպատակը, որ իբրև, Սերժ Սարգսյանը 2016թ. -ին՝ Ստեփանակերտում, համոզում էր Արցախի ղեկավարությանը համաձայնել 7 շրջանների հանձնմանը, մնում է գաղտնի և հասանելի է գուցե միայն պարոն Հակոբյանին:
 
Իրականության մեջ այդպիսի բովանդակությամբ քննարկում չի եղել և չէր էլ կարող լինել, որովհետև 7 շրջանի մասին խոսակցություն, բանակցություններ Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի վարել:
 
Հիշեցնեմ, որ բազմաթիվ, այդ թվում ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրների ներկայացուցիչների շուրթերով, բարձրաձայնվել է «5+2»բանաձևը.
 
5 շրջան Արցախի միջանկյալ կարգավիճակի դիմաց և 2 շրջան վերջնական հանրաքվեից հետո ՝ Քելբաջարն ու Լաչինը:
 
Այդ մասին խոսել է անգամ Իլհամ Ալիևը, նորից կրկնեմ, քանիցս նաև խոսել են ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրների պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչները:
 
7 շրջանի քննարկման թեզը կեղծիք է, որի նպատակը, թերևս, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ապակողմնորոշիչ թեզերի ջրաղացին ջուր լցնելն է և գուցե, իրեն հաճոյանալը:
Իսկ իրականում Սերժ Սարգսյանը մշտապես բանակցել է եւ Արցախի ղեկավարությանը ներկայացրել խնդրի փոխզիջումային լուծման տարբերակ, որի հիմքում «Արցախը չի լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում» հայտնի քաղաքականությունն էր։
 
Կողմնորոշվե՛ք պարոնայք, մեկ Սերժ Սարգսյանին մեղադրում եք «ոչմիթիզականության» մեջ, մեկ՝ միանգամից 7 շրջանը հանձնելու պատրաստակամության մեջ:
 
Իրականությունը շատ ավելի պարզ է, գրի առնված է, ապացուցված է և հատկապես մարդիկ, որոնց իրենց մասնագետ են համարում, պետք է որ այդ իրականության հետ առերեսվելու խիզախություն ունենան:
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է Արթուր Թովմասյանի հարցազրույցի այդ հատվածին, ապա չգիտեմ, որն է իրականությունից կիլոմետրերով հեռու ձևակերպումներ տալու պատճառը:
Գինովցած լինելն է, էմոցիոնալ վիճակը, թե՞ ՝ հետպատերազմյան շոկը, դժվար է հիմա կռահել:
 
Փաստը մնում է փաստ, բավակա՛ն է պղտորեք ջրեր. առանց ձեզ էլ այդ ջրերը պղտորողներ կան:
