Ուկրաինան և Լեհաստանը, օգտագործելով սահմանին հրթիռների անկման հետ կապված իրավիճակը, փորձել են ուղղակի բախում հրահրել Ռուսաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջև, ասել է ՄԱԿ-ում ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Վասիլի Նեբենզյան։ Այս մասին գրում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն:

«Եթե հանդիպումը նախատեսված չլիներ, ապա այն պետք է հրավիրվեր՝ քննարկելու Ռուսաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջև ուղիղ բախում հրահրելու Ուկրաինայի և Լեհաստանի փորձերը: Այս երկու պետությունների ղեկավարության կողմից արված բացարձակ անպատասխանատու հայտարարությունները չեն կարող այլ կերպ ընկալվել», - ասել է նա ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում, որը նվիրված էր Ուկրաինայի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին:

Նեբենզյան ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, մեղադրելով Ռուսաստանին, չի կարող չիմանալ, որ Ուկրաինայի կողմից արձակված հրթիռները հարվածել են Լեհաստանի տարածքին։

«Դա նշանակում է, որ սա ոչ միայն կանխամտածված ապատեղեկատվություն է, այլ նաև գիտակցված փորձ՝ Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի հետ պրոքսի պատերազմ մղող ՆԱՏՕ-ին մեր երկրի հետ անմիջական բախման մեջ ներքաշելու»,- հավելել է մշտական ներկայացուցիչը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Լեհաստանի նախագահ Անջեյ Դուդան խոստովանել է, որ երկրի տարածքում ընկած հրթիռը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, պատկանել է ուկրաինական հակաօդային պաշտպանությանը։

«Ուկրաինայի հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը հրթիռներ է արձակել տարբեր ուղղություններով: Մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ այդ հրթիռներից մեկն ընկել է Լեհաստանի տարածքում: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դա ռուսական արտադրության, 70-ականներին արտադրված, С-300 տիպի հրթիռ է եղել»,- ասել է քաղաքական գործիչը։

Դուդան ընդգծել է, որ ոչ մի ապացույց չկա, որ սա միտումնավոր հարձակում է Լեհաստանի վրա։
Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ Վարշավան չի կարող հաստատել ռուսական զորքերի կողմից այս հրթիռի արձակումը:

Իր հերթին ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը հաստատել է, որ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, հրթիռն իսկապես պատկանել է ուկրաինական հակաօդային պաշտպանությանը։

Նոյեմբերի 15-ին լեհական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնել են Լեհաստանի տարածքում երկու հրթիռի ենթադրյալ անկման մասին՝ Ուկրաինայի հետ սահմանին գտնվող Լյուբլին վոյևոդությունում երկու մարդ է զոհվել։

ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի տվյալներով՝ լեհ-ուկրաինական պետական սահմանի մոտ թիրախներին հարվածներ չեն հասցվել, իսկ որոշ բեկորների հրապարակված լուսանկարները կապ չունեն ռուսական զենքի հետ։ «Ռուսական» հրթիռների ենթադրյալ անկման մասին լեհական լրատվամիջոցների բոլոր հայտարարությունները դիտավորյալ սադրանք են՝ իրավիճակը սրելու նպատակով, հայտնել են ՌԴ ՊՆ-ից։
