Պեմզաշենում մոր և երեխաների սպանության գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ ունեցող Արկադի Բարսեղյանի պաշտպան Վլադիմիր Բարսեղյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը և իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչում։
«Արկադի Բարսեղյանը սպանության օրը գտնվել է այլ վայրում, այլ մարդկանց հետ, այս մասին նա մանրամասն ցուցմունք է տվել նախաքննական մարմնին։ Ցուցմունքում մանրամասն նշել է, թե որ ժամին որ վայրում է եղել և գտնվելով նշված վայրերում՝ նա պարզապես չէր կարող այդ հանցանքը կատարել։ Ընդամենը պետք է, որ նախաքննական մարմինը ստուգի՝ Արկադի Բարսեղյանի ցուցմունքում առկա տեղեկությունները համապատասխանում են իրականությանը, թե՞ ոչ։ Կան տեսախցիկներ, որոնք ֆիքսել են իմ պաշտպանյալի գտնվելու վայրը, կան մարդիկ, որ եղել են իր հետ և կան այդ հանգամանքները պարզելու հնարավորություններ։ Նախաքննական մարմինը պետք է ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններով ամբողջ ցուցմունքը վերլուծի և ստուգի։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը, հաշվի առնելով գործի հնչեղությունը, իմ պաշտպանյալի ընտանիքի անվտանգությունը և նրա բարի համբավը, պատշաճ ջանասիրություն կցուցաբերի այդ հանգամանքները շատ արագ պարզաբանելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։
Վլադիմիր Մինասյանը նշեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալի ցուցմունքի ուսումնասիրման ձգձգումը կարող է նոր հանցագործություններ ծնել։
Փաստաբան նշեց, որ Արկադի Բարսեղյանը սպանությունը կատարած Վրույր Բարսեղյանի հարազատ հորեղբոր տղան չէ։
«Նրանք հեռու բարեկամներ են, նրանց ընտանիքները երկար ժամանակ իրար հետ կապ չեն ունեցել, Արկադի Բարսեղյանի ընտանիքը Վրույր Բարսեղյանին և նրա ընտանիքին թույլ չի տվել մտնի իրենց տուն»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արկադի Բարսեղյանին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ ՔՕ–ի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ, 13-րդ կետերով և 252-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարել է:
