Վրույր Բարսեղյանի նկատմամբ ՔԿ-ն կնշանակի փորձաքննություն՝ մեղսունակությունը պարզելու համար

Պեմզաշենում մոր և երկու երեխայի առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանության գործով կալանավորված 32-ամյա Վրույր Բարսեղյանն այս պահին պահվում է ՔԿՀ-ում։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԱՆ Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից՝ զերծ մնալով մանրամասնել, թե որ ՔԿՀ-ում է Բարսեղյանը գտնվում։

«Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք՝ Պեմզաշենում մոր և երկու երեխայի սպանության գործով կալանավորվել են Վրույր և Արկադի Բարսեղյանները։ Վրույր Բարսեղյանին և Արկադի Բարսեղյանին մեղսագրվում է ավազակային հարձակումը, ինչպես նաև՝ 31-ամյա Զարինեի սպանությունը, իսկ Վրույրին՝ նաև ցուցաբերված առանձնակի դաժանությունը՝ մոր և նրա երկու երեխային սպանելիս։ Բացի այդ, Վրույր Բարսեղյանը մեղադրվում է նաև սպանված 12-ամյա աղջկա նկատմամբ սեռական բռնություն գործադրելու մեջ։ Ասել է թե՝ ՔԿ-ն գրեթե ամբողջ մեղքը վերագրել է 32-ամյա Վրույր Բարսեղյանին, ապա՝ շտապել նշել, որ Վրույր Բարսեղյանն ունի «անձի էմոցիոնալ խանգարում՝ սուիցիդալ մտքերով» հոգեկան հիվանդությունը։ «Փաստինֆո»-ն ավելի վաղ անդրադարձել է այս հարցին՝ ուշադրություն հրավիրելով այն հանգամանքին, որ Քննչական կոմիտեն շտապել է նրա՝ հոգեկան հիվանդ լինելը որպես հաստատված հանգամանք նշել՝ առանց փորձաքննության, քանի որ երկու օրվա մեջ անհնար էր նման փորձաքննության անցկացումը։ Սա մտահոգիչ է այնքանով, որ կարող են հիմքեր ստեղծվել նման ծանր հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրվողի անմեղսունակության համար։

Ու մեր մտահոգությունն արդարացվեց. վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը իրապես դեռ չի նշանակել դատահոգեբանական-դատահոգեբուժական համապատասխան փորձաքննությունը՝ պարզելու Բարսեղյանի մեղսունակությունը,սակայն փաստաբանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում շատ հավանական է համարել նման փորձաքննության նշանակումը։ Մասնավորապես՝ պաշտպանը չբացառեց, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում իրենք կմիջնորդեն՝ նշանակել փորձաքննությունը, սակայն գտնում է, որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չի լինի, քանի որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինն իր նախաձեռնությամբ կնշանակի համապատասխան փորձաքննությունը։ Վարույթի շրջանակներում նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ, որոնց եզրակացությունները դեռևս չեն ստացվել։ Վրույր Բարսեղյանի մասնակցությամբ որևէ գործողություն այս ընթացքում դեռևս տեղի չի ունեցել, միակ գործողությունը՝ ինքնախոստովական ցուցմունք տալն էր։ Գործի վերաբերյալ այլ մանրամասներ հայտնելուց Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը զերծ մնաց»,- գրում է «Փաստինֆո»-ն։
