Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Ստեփանակերտում այսօր մեկնարկել է մասնագիտական զարգացման երկօրյա ծրագիր՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական կառավարման մարմինների բարձր օղակի ղեկավարների համար:
Մասնակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան լսելու հանրային կառավարման ոլորտում միջազգային և տեղական լավագույն մասնագետներին, քննարկումներ ծավալելու արդյունավետ կառավարման խնդիրների շուրջ: Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է «Մատենա» միջազգային դպրոցի կողմից:
«Մենք համադրում ենք համաշխարհային լավագույն փորձն ու տեղական առանձնահատկությունները։ Սա հնարավորություն է տալիս լինել չկտրված, բայց միաժամանակ, օգտագործելով արդեն հաջողությամբ կիրառված եղանակները, ավելի արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ գտնել բարդ խնդիրների լուծման համար: Այս ծրագրի հիմքում ևս նույն մոտեցումն է» - նշել է «Մատենա»-ի համահիմնադիր և տնօրեն Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը:
Հանդես գալով ողջույնի խոսքով՝ ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կարևորել է մասնագիտական նման ծրագրի անցկացումը: «Ներքին կյանքի ու ռեսուրսների կառավարման բարձր արդյունավետությունը մեծապես բարձրացնում է ցանկացած պետության ու ժողովրդի ռազմավարական դիմադրողականության մակարդակը: Դրա միջոցով հնարավոր է դառնում նվազագույնի հասցնել արտաքին սպառնալիքների ազդեցությունը և առավելագույնի հասցնել միջավայրային հնարավորություններից օգտվելու հավանականությունը, -ասել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:- Ուստի, այս տևական ճգնաժամային ու անորոշ պայմաններում մեր գլխավոր անելիքը պետք է լինի մեր կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում կարճաժամկետ ու երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի միջոցով բարձրացնել պետության բոլոր համակարգերի կառավարման արդյունավետության մակարդակը»:
ԱՀ պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ողջունելով ծրագրի մասնակիցներին, նշել է, որ նման ծրագրերը շարունակվելու են, և հաշվի են առնվելու նաև մասնակիցների առաջարկները, որպեսզի դրանք իսկապես օգտակար ու արդյունավետ լինեն նրանց համար: «Կարծում եմ, սա նաև փորձի ու գիտելիքների փոխանակման լավ հնարավորություն է», - նշել է նա:
Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ «Համայն հայության ռեսուրսների կոնսոլիդացումը՝ որպես Արցախի զարգացման շարժիչ ուժ» թեմայով՝ ներկայացնելով Արցախի զարգացման վերաբերյալ իր պատկերացումներն ու գաղափարները:
«Մենք պետք է բաց խոսենք այն մասին, թե որտեղ ենք գտնվում և ինչ ուղղությամբ պետք է շարժվենք։ Խնդիրների մասին խոսելը քննադատություն չէ, այլ դրանք ճիշտ ախտորոշելու և լուծումներ գտնելու ուղղությամբ առաջ շարժվելու ցանկություն։ Ֆինանսական, քաղաքական, կառավարման ոլորտներում առկա խնդիրները մեզ պարզապես թույլ չեն տալիս շարունակել նախկինի պես, դրանք մեզնից ուրիշ՝ ավելի արդյունավետ մոտեցումներ են պահանջում,-ասել է պետնախարարը:- Մենք դա պետք է կարողանանք անել, քանի որ ունենք մեկ ճանապարհ՝ մնալ, ապրել, արարել Արցախում և հավատալ մեր հաջողությանը»:
