ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր, ԱՊՀ գործերի, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը, ով դեռևս անհայտ ընթացակարգով Հայաստանում հայտարարված է անցանկալի անձ, ըստ մի շարք տելեգրամյան ալիքների, առաջիկայում այցելելու է Հայաստան:

Առավոտից տարածվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն, Զատուլինն ընդգրկված է նոյեմբերի 22–ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն այցելող ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի պատվիրակության կազմում:

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Կոնստանտին Զատուլինն ասել է, որ այդ մասին ինքը ոչինչ չգիտի:

«Ես չունեմ ոչ մի հրավեր՝ մասնակցելու այն պատվիրակությանը, որի հետ մեկնելու է ՌԴ նախագահը»,- ասել է Զատուլինը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պահի դրությամբ իր օրակարգում ՀՀ այց չունի:

Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը հաղորդել է, որ հայկական կողմից որևէ պարզաբանում չի ստացել իր անձը ՀՀ-ում անցանկալի համարելու որոշման առնչությամբ, որը նրան ուղղվել էր ՀՀ ԱԺ-ի կողմից:

«Դեռ հոկտեմբերի 25-ին ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն նոտա է հղել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ին և ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանատանը այդ կապակցությամբ՝ հստակ հարցեր ուղղելով հայկական կողմին: Այդ հարցերին մինչ այս պահը պատասխան չկա»,- ասել է Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը:

Հիշեցնենք՝ «Լազարևյան ակումբի» 5-րդ նիստից առաջ ՌԴ ԱՊՀ գործերի, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինի մուտքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն արգելվել էր, հոկտեմբերի 25-ի կեսօրին այս որոշման մասին հաղորդել էր «Հայկական ժամանակը»։ Նույն օրը Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը նամակ էր ստացել Պետդումայի պատգամավորի պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային հասցեին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանելու «անցանկալիության» մասին, որում ասվում էր, թե Զատուլինի հրապարակային հայտարարությունները վնասում են ՀՀ-ի ու ՌԴ-ի միջև բարեկամական և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։ Նամակն ուղարկվել էր ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին կապերի կառավարման վարչության ղեկավար Տիգրան Սեյրանյանի անունից:
