Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր արարքները նոր թափ են ստացել

Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել: Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Վերջին օրերին արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով Ադրբեջանը ակտիվորեն գործադրում է բոլոր ջանքերը՝ խաղաղ բնակչությանը ահաբեկելու, մարդկանց կյանքի «բնականոն» ընթացքը խաթարելու նպատակով: Հրաձգային տարբեր զինատեսակներից թիրախային կրակոցներ են արձակվում շփման գծին հարակից գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողերում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարող անձանց ուղղությամբ, վնասում են գյուղտեխնիկան, հարկադրում դադարեցնել հողի մշակման կամ բերքահավաքի հետ կապված աշխատանքները: Արձանագրվել են նաև դեպքեր, երբ զինված ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները մոտեցել են այգում աշխատող Արցախի քաղաքացիներին և զենքի գործադրման սպառնալիքով պահանջել դադարեցնել աշխատանքներն ու լքել այն:
Այսօր ադրբեջանական կողմը կրկին հրաձգային տարբեր զինատեսակներից կրակ է բացել այս անգամ Մարտունու շրջանի Հացի գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարող անձանց ուղղությամբ, վնասել տրակտորը, իսկ Թաղավարդի հատվածում միացվել է կրոնական ու ծիսական բնույթի բարձր երաժշտություն: Թվարկված բոլոր հանցավոր դեպքերն արձանագրվում և փաստագրվում են Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից՝ քրեական դատավարության օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ընթացակարգով:
Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազության կողմից նշված դեպքերի մասին անմիջապես հաղորդվում է Արցախում խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող զորակազմի դատախազին, յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում կոչ է արվում ադրբեջանական կողմին հավատարիմ մնալ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունների գլխավոր դատախազների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությանը և պատշաճ քննություն իրականացնել՝ նման արարք կատարած անձանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար, սակայն այդ հորդորները մշտապես մնում են անարձագանք:
Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ կատարվող հանցավոր ոտնձգությունները ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից կազմակերպված լինելը հերքելու համար Ադրբեջանը առնվազն պետք է քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկի նման արարքներ կատարած անձանց, սակայն այս ուղղությամբ ոչ միայն որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկվում, այլև բացահայտ ու դիտավորյալ անգործությամբ խրախուսվում են հայատյացությունն ու դրա արտահայտման դրսևորումները»:
