Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, գնահատելով Արևմուտքի ազդեցության աստիճանը Ուկրաինայի հետ բանակցությունների ընթացքի վրա, ասել է, որ Կիևը շատ բծախնդիր կերպով կատարում է այդտեղից եկող հրահանգները, գրում է Gazeta-ն։ 

«Իհարկե Կիևի հետ շփվելու նախկին փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ առանց Արևմուտքի հետ խոսելու՝ Կիևի դիրքորոշումը շատ փոփոխական է։ Հետևաբար, իհարկե, եկեք այսպես ձևակերպենք, Արևմուտքի հետ շփումը կարող է լինել նաև նման հաղորդակցության ուղղորդող, ամրապնդող և ամրապնդող տարր»,- աել է Պեսկովը։ Նա այլ մանրամասներ չի հայտնել Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև երկխոսության հնարավորության մասին։
