«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նոյեմբերի 22-23-ին Երևանում կանցկացվեն ՀԱՊԿ նիստեր, այդ թվում՝ նոյեմբերի 23-ին կկայանա ՀԱՊԿ երկրների ղեկավարների գագաթաժողովը: Երեկ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը հաստատեց, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կայցելի Հայաստան: Զուգահեռ համացանցում տեղեկություններ շրջանառվեցին, թե ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը, որի մուտքը Հայաստան «անցանկալի» է հայտարարված, ՌԴ նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում պատրաստվում է Հայաստան ժամանել։

Ճիշտ է, Զատուլինը հետո ճշտեց, թե «այս պահին» նման առաջարկ չկա, ու ինքը Հայաստան չի մեկնում, այդուամենայնիվ, այդ ընթացքում, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, քպականների շրջանում գրեթե մենդելսոնյան «մարշի» տրամադրություններ էին: Իշխանական մեր աղբյուրը նշում է, որ խմբակցությունում նույնիսկ զայրացած նշել են, թե «մնում էր Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանին էլ լրագրողների պատվիրակության կազմում բերեին ու վերջ»:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, գագաթաժողովի ու հատկապես Պուտինի այցի հետ կապված՝ որոշ ծայրահեղ հակառուսական միավորներ փորձում են մարդաքանակ ապահովել, որ այդ օրերին գոնե մի քիչ «ներկայանալի» բողոքի ցույցեր անեն: Այստեղ ակտիվ է նաև իշխանության, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսական» թևը, սակայն ներիշխանական «բազարներում» հստակ հրահանգվել է՝ ամեն ինչ անել, որ այդ ցույցերը չառնչվեն օրվա իշխանությունների հետ, բայց պատշաճ ձևով կայանան:Այսինքն, որ հա՛մ ոչխարները ողջ մնան, հա՛մ գայլերը կուշտ լինեն:
