«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ֆրանսիայի Սենատը խառնել է Փաշինյանի խաղաքարտերը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատը բանաձև է ընդունել, որով կոչ է անում երկրի կառավարությանը ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը և պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական ղեկավարության նկատմամբ։ «Կողմ» է քվեարկել 295 սենատոր, «դեմ»՝ միայն 1–ը։ Միակ սենատորը, ով «ոչ» է ասել, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, Հեյդար Ալիևի հիմնադրամի «կրթաթոշակակիր» Նատալի Գուլենն է։ Նա «դեմ» էր քվեարկել նաև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի Վերին պալատի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պետական անկախությունը ճանաչող բանաձևի ընդունման ժամանակ։
Ըստ հայ քաղաքական մեկնաբան Հայկ Խալաթյանի, հասկանալի է, որ ինչպես 2020 թվականի բանաձևը, ներկայիս փաստաթուղթը ևս իրավական ուժ չունի, և քիչ հավանական է, որ Ֆրանսիան ճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը կամ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառի Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության դեմ, հատկապես այն դեպքում, երբ հենց Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն ցանկանում ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը կամ որևէ կոշտ քայլ ձեռնարկել Ադրբեջանի դեմ։ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատում քվեարկության արդյունքների լուրը խանդավառությամբ դիմավորած հայ հանրությունը սկսել է դառը հեգնանքով նշել, որ դժվար թե նման բանաձևը մեծամասնություն ստանար Հայաստանի ներկայիս խորհրդարանում։ «Եվ նման թերահավատությունը միանգամայն հասկանալի է՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի վարչապետի, իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության պատգամավորների կողմից Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին ադրբեջանամետ հայտարարությունները»,ասել է Խալաթյանը։
Մնում է ենթադրել, որ Փաշինյանին, որն ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ Հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված իր հերթական հարցազրույցի ժամանակ պնդում էր, թե աշխարհում ոչ ոք պատրաստ չէ ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը, իրոք դուր չի եկել ֆրանսիացի սենատորների՝ Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչելու քայլը, քանի որ դա խանգարում է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների՝ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու նպատակներին։ Փաստորեն, Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի բանաձևը, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ելույթը «Վալդայ» ֆորումում և Իրանի ղեկավարության հակաադրբեջանական հայտարարությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ Հայաստանն ու հայերն ունեն բարեկամներ և պոտենցիալ դաշնակիցներ համաշխարհային և տարածաշրջանային բազմաթիվ խաղացողների մեջ։
Եվ որքան էլ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները՝ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, փորձեն հակառակը համոզել, հայկական կողմն ունի բոլոր հնարավորությունները պայքարելու Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի համար։ Բայց դա քրտնաջան աշխատանք է պահանջում, և ամենակարևորը՝ խելացի ու համակարգված աշխատանք, եզրափակել է Խալաթյանը։
