Արարատի մարզում 16-ամյա Զարզանդը գողացված ձիուց վայր է ընկել ու գանգուղեղային վնասվածքով տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց

Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 19-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «գանգուղեղային վնասվածք՝ հարցականով, երկու ծնկների պատռած վերքեր, ձախ նախաբազկի դաստակային մասի պատռած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արարատի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ, 16-ամյա Զարզանդ Մ-ն է։ Վերջինս հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքները ստացել է ձիուց վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով։ Մինչ բժիշկներն օգնություն էին ցուցաբերում Զարզանդ Մ-ին, ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի ծառայողները թարմ հետքերով պարզել են, որ տեղեկությունները, որ նա ձիուց է վայր ընկել, համապատասխանում են իրականությանը։
Սակայն պարզել են նաև,որ «Զազո» անունով ձին Զարզանդը գողացել է Արտաշատ քաղաքի վարչական տարածքից և ձին պատկանում է Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ, 54-ամյա Վարուժան Ս֊ին։ Արտաշատի ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ ձին գողացվել է Վարուժան Ս-ին պատկանող անասնաֆերմային կից տարածքից, որը գտնվում է Արարատի մարզի գյուղերից մեկում, ու հասնելով Արտաշատ քաղաքի Աթարբեկյան փողոց՝ Զարզանդը ձիուց վայր է ընկել։ Դեպքի փաստով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ «Զազո» ձիուն ոստիկանները հանձնել են տիրոջը։
