Պեմզաշենում ոստիկանները կանխել են 31-ամյա կնոջն ու երեխաներին սպանած քաղաքացու տան հրկիզումը

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 20-ին, ոստիկանության Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները կանխել են Շիրակի մարզի Պեմզաշեն գյուղի 7-րդ փողոցի տներից մեկի վրա հարձակման փորձը։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանները նշված տան տարածքում ուժեղացված ծառայություն կատարելիս են եղել, երբ ժամը 19։30-ի սահմաններում նկատել են, որ մի քանի կանայք մոտեցել են նշված տանը, որոնցից մեկը մետաղյա ձողով կոտրել է նշված տան պատուհանի ապակին։ Սակայն ոստիկաններին հաջողվել է կանանց կողմից հետագա գործողությունները կանխել։
Ոստիկանները 5 կանանց տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժին։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նրանցից մեկի մոտ եղել է 1 լիտր տարողությամբ շիշ, որում լցված է եղել բենզին, և նա ցանկացել է այն օգտագործելով, վառել այդ տունը։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ տունը պատկանում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության համապատասխան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվող, նոյեմբերի 14-ից կալանավորված, Պեմզաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ Վրույր Բարսեղյանին։
Վերջինս հանրությանը հայտնի դարձավ այն բանից հետո, երբ պարզվեց, որ ճիվաղը մեկ այլ ճիվաղի հետ առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանել էին Պեմզաշեն գյուղի բնակիչներ՝ մորն ու նրա 2 անչափահաս երեխաներին։ Դեպքի փաստով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
