Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունն ընդունել է բանաձև, որով աջակցություն է հայտնել Հայաստանին՝ մտահոգվելով տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտման առնչությամբ

Թունիսի Ջերբա քաղաքում անցկացված Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 18-րդ գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքում  նոյեմբերի 20֊ին ընդունվել են մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, այդ թվում «Ֆրանկոֆոն տիրույթում ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների, դրանց հաղթահարման և խաղաղության ամրապնդման վերաբերյալ»  բանաձևը, որով անդամ-երկրներն իրենց աջակցությունն ու համերաշխությունն են հայտնում Հայաստանին։

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ բանաձևը, մասնավորապես, համերաշխությունն է հայտնում Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի անդամ Հայաստանի հետ և այս համատեքստում խորին մտահոգություն հայտնում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ռազմական էսկալացիայի (Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի), հատկապես դրա հետևանքով միջազգային իրավունքի, տարածքային ամբողջականության և միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի խախտումների առնչությամբ։

Կազմակերպությունը քաջալերում է կողմերին, միջազգային գործընկերների հետ համատեղ, խնդիրների բանակցված, խաղաղ և տևական կարգավորման ուղղությամբ առավելագույն ջանքերը գործադրել՝ հարգելով միջազգային իրավունքի, ներառյալ՝ տարածքային ամբողջականության և միջազգային սահմանների անձեռնմխելիության սկզբունքները՝ համաձայն ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և կոչ է անում խստորեն հարգել հրադադարը։

Բանաձևն ընդգծում է նոր էսկալացիայից խուսափելու կարևորությունը և կոչ անում լիարժեք իրականացնել 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը և ողջունում գործադրվող ջանքերը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ ու արդարացի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ։

Բանաձևում անդրադարձ կա նաև հումանիտար խնդիրներին։ Կազմակերպությունն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնում լուծում չստացած հումանիտար խնդիրների առնչությամբ, մասնավորապես ռազմագերիների և այլ պահվող անձանց, ինչպես նաև անհետ կորած անձանց ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ։

ՖՄԿ-ն նաև մտահոգություն է հայտնում մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման առնչությամբ և իր աջակցություն ցուցաբերում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ և հարակից տարածքներ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի առաքելության իրականացմանը։

Հավելենք նաև, որ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի Ջերբայի հռչակագրով կազմակերպության անդամ-երկրները շնորհակալություն են հայտնում Հայաստանին Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովը վերջին չորս տարիների ընթացքում նախագահելու համար և հայտնում են  իրենց համերաշխությունն Հայաստանին այն անվտանգային մարտահրավերների համատեքստում, որոնց երկիրն առերեսվում է։
