Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման մեկնարկի մասին

Կոնվերս Բանկը սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 22-ին մեկնարկում է արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի հերթական տեղաբաշխումը 3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով:
Պարտատոմսերի արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը համապատասխանաբար 10.5% և 3.75% է, արժեկտրոնի պարբերականությունը՝ կիսամյակային:
Կոնվերս Բանկի պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր կլինի ձեռք բերել ինչպես Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում, այնպես էլ Մոբայլ հավելվածի միջոցով, որտեղ հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում օգտատերը կարող է անցնել պարտատոմսերի գնման ողջ գործընթացը: Հավելվածում հասանելի է նաև ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը թողարկման մասին:
Մոբայլ հավելվածում պարտատոմս ձեռք բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի Հավելվածի գլխավոր էջից մուտք գործել հայտերի բաժին՝ սեղմելով + նշանը, այնուհետև մուտք գործել «Կատարել ներդրում» էջ և հետևել հրահանգներին:
Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը կցուցակվեն «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ-ում՝ երկրորդային շուկայում շրջանառվելու համար: Ներկա պահին ՀՀ ֆոնդային բորսայում գնանշվում է Բանկի 5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ և 20 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով պարտատոմս:
Պարտատոմսերում ներդրումներն, ի տարբերություն ավանդի, ազատված են հարկերից: Պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է վաճառել երկրորդային շուկայում ՝ մինչև դրանց մարման ժամկետը: Պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները երաշխավորված են Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի կողմից:
