Արցախի Հանրապետության Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ից կդադարեցնի պաշտոնավարումը: Այս մասին Հայկ Խանումյանը տեղեկացրել է Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում:
 
«Նոյեմբերի 23-ին, մոտ 2 տարի պաշտոնավարելուց հետո, կդադարեմ զբաղեցնել ԱՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնը: Արցախում կառավարության նոր կազմ է ձևավորվում, որի մեջ ես չեմ լինի: Կառավարությունն Արցախում ամենակազմակերպված մարմինն է և այն զգում է բոլորիս աջակցության կարիքը: Արցախի կառավարության ձախողումը, անկախ կազմից, կարող է ճակատագրական լինել ամբողջ հայության համար: Հետևաբար Արցախի կառավարությունը կարիք ունի ամբողջ հայության աջակցությանը: Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ԱՀ նախագահին և կառավարության գործընկերներին՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի համար:
 
Երախտապարտ եմ նախարարության և ենթակա կառույցների բոլոր աշխատակիցներին ճգնաժամային ու վերականգնման ժամանակաշրջանում այս ծանր բեռն իրենց ուսերին կրելու համար: Մենք աշխատել ենք՝ առանց ուշադրություն դարձնելու բազմաթիվ հարձակումներին, անարդար թիրախավորմանը, նախարարի ու նախարարության դեմ կազմակերպված արշավներին, իրենց պետական ինստիտուտների տեղ դրած թայֆաների կողմից ստեղծված շինծու քրեական գործերին:
 
Շարունակում եմ գործել հանուն մեծ նպատակի՝ ուղղված Արցախը հայկական սուվերենության ներքո պահելուն»,-նշված է նրա գրառման մեջ:
