Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին ստորագրել է մի շարք հրամանագրեր՝ պաշտոններից ազատման վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք նախագահի աշխատակազմի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, համաձայն այդ հրամանագրերի՝ Միքայել Հայրիյանն ազատվել է Առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնից: Առողջապահության նախարարի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր վերապահվել են նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Օհանջանյանին:

Նորայր Մուսայելյանն ազատվել է գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի պաշտոնից: Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր վերապահվել են նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Տիգրան Առստամյանին:

Անահիտ Հակոբյանն ազատվել է կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի պաշտոնից: Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր վերապահվել են նախարարի տեղակալ Հասմիկ Մինասյանին:

Արմինե Պետրոսյանն ազատվել է սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարարի պաշտոնից: Սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարարի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր վերապահվել են նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վահրամ Առաքելյանին:

Հայկ Խանումյանն ազատվել է տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնից: Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր վերապահվել են նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Բեգլարյանին:

Ժիրայր Միրզոյանն ազատվել է արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնից և նշանակվել արդարադատության նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար:

Դավիթ Բաբայանն ազատվել է արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնից և նշանակվել արտաքին գործերի նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար:

Արամ Սարգսյանն ազատվել է քաղաքաշինության նախարարի պաշտոնից և նշանակվել քաղաքաշինության նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար:

Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն ազատվել ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնից և նշանակվել ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար:
