ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ժամանել է Երեւան

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ժամանել է Երեւան, որտեղ կմասնակցի Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի (ՀԱԽ) նստաշրջանին, որը կանցկացվի ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախագահությամբ։
Նոյեմբերի 23-ին ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում նախատեսված է Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը։
ՀԱԽ նստաշրջանին, ինչպես սպասվում է, կմասնակցեն Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաեւը, Ղրղըզստանի նախագահ Սադիր Ժապարովը եւ Տաջիկստանի նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնը։ Հանդիպմանը կմասնակցի ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը։
ՀԱԽ անդամները կքննարկեն միջազգային եւ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության արդիական հարցերը եւ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գործունեության հիմնական արդյունքները միջխորհրդարանական շրջանում: Ամենակարեւոր հարցերից մեկը կլինի ՀԱՊԿ ճգնաժամային արձագանքման համակարգի կատարելագործումը եւ Հայաստանին օգնություն տրամադրելու համատեղ միջոցառումների քննարկումը։
ՀԱԽ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի հռչակագրի ընդունում։
Հաշվի առնելով ՀԱՊԿ-ում 2022-2023 թթ. նախագահության անցումը Բելառուսին՝ նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն կներկայացնի երկրի առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն հաջորդ տարի։
ՀԱԽ առաջիկա նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են ստորագրման մի շարք փաստաթղթեր, որոնք վերաբերում են խաղաղապահ ուժերին ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ, ռազմական եւ հատուկ տեխնիկայով զինելուն, ՀԱՊԿ-ին ռադիացիոն, քիմիական ու կենսաբանական պաշտպանության եւ բժշկական աջակցության համատեղ ձեւավորմանը, ինչպես նաեւ «Наëмник» օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների համալիրին տարածաշրջանային հակաահաբեկչական գործողության կարգավիճակ տալը։ Կքննարկվի ՀԱՊԿ 2023 թվականի բյուջեն։
Առաջիկա ռոտացիայի հետ կապված՝ 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդը կքննարկի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը։
