«Ինչ-որ մեկին հետ պահելը մեր գործը չէ». Լուկաշենկոն պատասխանել է Փաշինյանի նկատողությանը

Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն անհրաժեշտ է համարում բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտությունը կարգավորելու համար։

Խոսելով առկա մարտահրավերների ու սպառնալիքների մասին՝ Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում։ 

«Կրկնում եմ այն, ինչ ասել եմ հոկտեմբերի 28-ին Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստում. մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ մեր երկու հարեւան և բարեկամ պետությունների (Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի - խմբ.) միջև հակամարտությունը լուծվի խաղաղ ճանապարհով»,- ասել է Լուկաշենկոն ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նեղ կազմով նիստում, տեղեկացնում է ԲԵԼՏԱ-ն։

Բելառուսի ղեկավարը մեկնաբանել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, որ Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին չի հետ պահել Ադրբեջանին իր դեմ ագրեսիայից։

«Կարծում եմ, որ բոլորի կարծիքը կարտահայտեմ ․․ Ինչ-որ մեկին հետ պահելը մեր գործը չէ, բայց իրականում մենք պետք է արձագանքենք: Այսպես մենք պատրաստ արձագանքելու»,- վստահեցրել է Լուկաշենկոն։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ներկայումս Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը միջնորդական առաքելություն է իրականացնում այս հարցում, ինչի հետ համաձայնել են և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանը։ Լուկաշենկոն առաջարկել է շարժվել այս ուղղությամբ և անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի մարդիկ չմահանան։ Նրա կարծիքով, դա դրականորեն կընկալվի ինչպես հայ, այնպես էլ ադրբեջանական հասարակության շրջանում։

«Այո, Նիկոլ Վովաևիչ, կան նրբություններ։ Եվ միգուցե լուրջ: Բայց այս հակամարտությունը, որը կարող է նորից բռնկվել, մենք կարող ենք հիմնովին լուծել հիմա: Առաջին հերթին Հայաստանի ղեկավարության ցանկության դեպքում։ Եվ, բնականաբար, Ադրբեջանի: Ի դեպ, ես կխոսեմ այդ մասին, սա Բելառուսի նախագահության առաջնահերթություններից է, մենք չպետք է աչք փակենք սրա վրա, անկախ նրանից՝ կարող ենք լուծել այս խնդիրը, թե ոչ, դա պետք է լինի ՀԱՊԿ-ի ուշադրության կենտրոնում»,- ընդգծել է Բելառուսի ղեկավարը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ հայերն իրենց համար օտար մարդիկ չեն, և իրենք ցանկանում ենք աջակցել։ Բայց այս առումով, առաջին հերթին, Հայաստանի կողմից շարժում պետք է լինի, համոզված է Բելառուսի ղեկավարը։

Միաժամանակ նա տարակուսանք է հայտնել հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի դերի վերաբերյալ։

«Բայց այս առումով, ես չեմ հասկանում, միգուցե ինչ-որ մեկը բացատրի, թե ինչու, բացի Ռուսաստանից, որը զբաղվում է միջնորդությամբ, այստեղ են նաև Եվրամիությունն ու ԵԱՀԿ-ն, որպեսզի ավելի ցցվեն մեր, դաշնակիցների հարաբերություններում: Պատմության մեջ միշտ այդպես է եղել։ Մենք գիտենք, թե ինչի է հանգեցնում այդ կարգի «միջնորդությունը»։ Այս հակամարտությունը պարզապես առնվազն երկար տարիներով նորից կսառեցվի։ Նրանց պետք է ոչ թե կայունություն և խաղաղություն մեր տարածաշրջանում, այլ նրանց պետք է իրենց կողմից կառավարվող ավերածություններ»,- կարծում է Լուկաշենկոն։
