«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մինչ ոստիկանության համակարգում հպարտությամբ արձանագրում են բարեփոխումների «շռնդալից ընթացքն» ու մասնավորապես նոր ներդրվող պարեկային ծառայության նվաճումները, «Փաստ» թերթին հերթական ուշագրավ տեղեկություններն են հայտնի դառնում, որոնք, շատ մեղմ ասած, տարակուսանք են առաջացնում:
Այդպիսի մի տեղեկության համաձայն, օրերս սկանդալային միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել պարեկային ծառայության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ, ովքեր ձեռնաշղթայել և բերման են ենթարկել հենաշարժողական համակարգի լրջագույն խնդիրներ ունեցող և անհապաղ վիրահատության նախապատրաստվող արվեստագետին, որն իր տան դիմաց՝ կնոջ և անչափահաս երեխայի ներկայությամբ, իբրև թե ծեծի է ենթարկել չորս-հինգ ոստիկանի՝ բռնություն գործադրելով նրանց նկատմամբ:
Սակայն սա Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, նկարիչ և քանդակագործ Էդուարդ Վանեսքեհյանի հետ կատարվածի հետ կապված ամբողջ պատմությունը չէ: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, ձեռնաշղթայված քաղաքացին ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում արժանացել է չափազանց «ջերմ» վերաբերմունքի և արդյունքում ստացել է բավականին լուրջ մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Այս ամենը բավական չէ, հիմա էլ Քննչական կոմիտեում գործ է «կարվում»՝ ձեռնափայտով տեղաշարժվող արվեստագետին մեղադրելով ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեջ:
