Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ հրապարակել և կից գրել.

Մեկ տարի առաջ այս օրը Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից ելույթ ունենալով, ես կոչ արեցի բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին, անկախ իրենց հնարավոր և անհնարին տարաձայնություններից, կենտրոնանալ մեր բանակի մարտական կարողությունների վերականգման վրա, զգուշացնելով, որ այլապես մեզ նոր կորուստներ են սպառնում ակնհայտ դարձող աշխարհաքաղաքական ապակայունացման պայմաններում:
 
Մեկ տարի անց բոլոր այդ կանխատեսումները, ցավոք, իրականություն են դարձել՝ թշնամուն են հանձնվել Քարագլուխը, Բերձորն ու Աղավնոն, նա լկտիաբար մտել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը և սպառնում է մեր բազմաթիվ բնակավայրերի ու ճանապարհների, այսօր էլ սպառնում է փակել Լաչինի միջանցքը:
 
Այս թշնամին միայն մի լեզու է հասկանում՝ ուժի լեզուն, և նրան կարող է կանգնեցնել և ետ շպրտել միայն կազմակերպված, մարտունակ և անվեհեր հայկական ռազմական ուժը:
Այսօր էլ մեկ տարի առաջ ասած յուրաքանչյուր խոսքս արդիական է, և մենք մեր ողջ ջանքերը պետք է դնենք սեփական ռազմական ներուժը վերականգնելու և բազմապատկելու վրա:
 
Ամեն օր, ամեն ժամ մենք պետք է աշխատենք՝ նորովի կրթելու մեր սպաներին և զարգացնելու նրանց գիտելիքները, մարզելու և իրական մարտական գործողությունների պատրաստելու մեր զինվորներին, գերարդիական սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու և յուրացնելու, և սեփական ռազմարդյունաբերությունը առաջանցիկ կերպով զարգացնելու վրա:
 
Ուրախալի է, որ այս ուղղությամբ բանակում վերջին երկու ամիսներին որոշ տեղաշարժեր արդեն սկսվել են, սակայն արվածը դեռ կաթիլ է ծովի մեջ: Չի կարելի հոգնել, չի կարելի ծուլանալ, չի կարելի թուլանալ՝ ամեն նոր օր հնարավորություն է նոր բան կառուցելու, նոր բան փորձարկելու, նոր բան սովորելու՝ մինչև նորից մեր բանակը դառնա լավագույնը տարածաշրջանում, նորից դառնա հաղթական բանակ, իսկ մենք՝ հաղթող և հաղթանակի բերկրանքը և վաստակած խաղաղությունը վայելող ազգ:
