ԶՊՄԿ-ն հինգ տարվա կտրվածքով ահռելի առաջընթաց է գրանցել

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը 2022 թվականին 129 միլիոն դրամ է վճարել պետական բյուջե։

Վերջին 5 տարիների կտրվածքով այս տարին առավելագույնն է, եթե այս տարի ամենաքիչ ԶՊՄԿ-ի կողմից ամենաքիչ հարկային մուտքերն արվել են երրորդ եռամսյակում՝ 24 միլիարդ 390 միլիոն դրամի չափով, ապա նախորդ 4 տարիների ընթացքում առավելագույն մուտքը եղել է 2019 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակում՝ 22 միլիարդ 820 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ իր պատմության ընթացքում ամենաշատ հարկերը կոմբինատը վճարել է այս տարվա երկրորդ եռամսյակում՝ 69 միլիարդ 333 միլիոն դրամ։

Նշենք, որ ներկայումս ԶՊՄԿ-ում Հայաստանի կառավարությունն ունի 21,87 տոկոս բաժնեմաս։ 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Կառավարությունը կոմբինատից որպես նվիրատվություն 15 տոկոս բաժնեմաս է ստացել, իսկ 2022 թվականի մարտի 24-ին ևս 6,8 տոկոս։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը այս օրերին նշում է իր հիմնադրման 70 ամյակը։ Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանում ընկերության կայուն զարգացման առաջին զեկույցի ներկայացմանը գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանը նշել է, թե ԶՊՄԿ-ն Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության կարևորագույն ընկերությունն է, իհարկե համեստություն է արել, առանց այլևայլության կարող էր արձանագրել, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն այսօր Հայաստանի տնտեսության առաջատար ընկերությունն է։

Ըստ Ջհանյանի՝ փոփոխությունները դրական են գնահատում, նկատում են, որ բարձրացված խնդիրներն այլևս լսելի են և որոշակի լուծումներ են ստանում և առաջիկայում կարող են անգամ արձանագրել, որ արդեն մոտենում են այն կետին, երբ ոլորտի և կառավարության մեջ հաստատվում են իդեալական հարաբերություններ։

Պետական բյուջե հարկային մուտքերի աճը պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն միջազգային բորսաներում արդյունահանվող մետաղների արժեքի բարձրացումով, այլ նաև լրջագույն վերահսկողությամբ և արդյունավետ կառավարմամբ, ինչն էլ թույլ է տալիս այլևս եռանիշ միլիարդներ վճարել պետական բյուջե և առաջիկայում ավելի ավելացնել հարկային մուտքերը։
