Արցախում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմը ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է տարածել

Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը ուսումնական և մարտական առաջադրանքներ կատարելիս օգտագործում են ՌԴ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ տեղագրական քարտեզներով սահմանված տեղանունները, այս մասին ասվում է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի մամուլի ծառայության հայտարարության մեջ։
«Մաղավուզ բնակավայրի անվանման վերաբերյալ Բաքվի քննադատությունը զարմանալի է, քանի որ նախկինում և բազմիցս ՌԴ ՊՆ տեղեկագրերում օգտագործվել են այլ՝ ոչ ադրբեջանական տեղանուններ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքով Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների ավտոշարասյունների ուղեկցումն ապահովելու համատեքստում։ Սակայն, դա տեղեկատվական տարածքում պահանջների չհանգեցրեց։ Ավելին, շարասյուների շարժման երթուղին համակարգելիս և ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ փոխգործակցություն կազմակերպելիս ադրբեջանական կողմն օգտագործում է նաև այդ տեղանունները», — ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում։
Դրանում ասվում է, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի գործունեությունը կարգավորվում է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ և նպատակաուղղված է հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման մշտադիտարկմանը և բազմիցս արժանացել է Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաների բարձր գնահատականին։
«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարության պաշտոնական տեղեկագրերում հրապարակվող հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներն արձանագրվում են խաղաղապահների դիտակետերում՝ օգտագործելով օբյեկտիվ հսկողության տեխնիկա, որը թույլ է տալիս դիտորդություն իրականացնել օրվա ցանկացած ժամի։ Վատ չէր լինի, որ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն նման աննշան առիթներով կասկածի տակ չդներ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի գործունեությունը և նրա հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ, այդ թվում՝ տեղում շարունակի աշխատանքը՝ պահպանելու խաղաղությունը տարածաշրջանում», — ասվում է հայտարարությունում։
Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում կոչ է արել Մոսկվային Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ադրբեջանական տեղանուններ օգտագործել։
