Ալիևը փորձում է ապացուցել, որ պատրաստ է հանդես գալ բոլորի դեմ՝ պնդելով իր կամքը ու ոչ ոք իրեն չի կանգնեցնի: Սա տիպիկ բռնապետական պահվածք է։ Անդրադառնալով տեղեկատվական դաշտում ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի հետ Ադրբեջանի սկսած փոխհրաձգությանը, տելեգրամի իր ալիքում այդ մասին գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը։
Արդեն քանի օր է, ինչ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ–ն Արցախում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելության՝ հրադադարի խախտումների վերաբերյալ արված արձանագրումներից հետո պատասխան մամլո հաղորդագրություն է տարածում: Պատասխանի հիմնական իմաստն այն է, որ նախ իբրև Արցախի ՊԲ–ն է խախտում հրադադարը, երկրորդ՝ կոչ են անում օգտագործել տեղանունների ադրբեջանական տարբերակները: Նախորդիվ գրել էի, որ ռուսական կողմը մի անգամ պատասխանեց՝ նշելով, որ իրենք առաջնորդվում են ՌԴ ԳՇ քարտեզներում տեղ գտած անուններով, նաև կոչ արեցին ադրբեջանական կողմին նման անհեթեթ հարցերով չանհանգստացնել: Ուշագրավ է, որ այս պատասխանից հետո ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան փորձեց ապացուցել, որ սա կեղծ պատասխան է՝ ընդհուպ մինչև պնդելով, թե հայերն են սա կազմակերպել: Բայց հետագա զարգացումները եկան փաստելու, որ դա կեղծ պատասխան չէր: ՌԴ խաղաղապահները շարունակեցին կիրառել Մարտունի, Մարտակերտ անվանումները, ինչպես նաև «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ»–ը, ինչը տրամաբանական է ու նրանց մանդատից է բխում: Հաղորդագրությունների վերջում էլ միշտ նշում են ՀՀ ՊՆ–ի ու Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ–ի հետ իրենց մշտական կապի մասին: Եվ ամեն անգամ ՌԴ խաղաղապահների հաղորդագրությունից մեկ րոպե անց Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ–ն նորից պատասխան է հնչեցնում:
Բնական հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչու՞ մոտ երկու տարի անց Ադրբեջանը որոշեց այս թեման արծարծել, պատասխանը պարզ է՝ Ալիևը շտապում է և անհանգիստ է: Դա դրսևորվում է ամեն մեծ ու մանր թվացող հարցերում: Դա բոլորին է ուղղվում, ոչ միայն ռուսներին:
Վերջերս Նիդերլանդների դեսպանին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ կանչելը այն պատճառով, որ նրանք հարձակում էին որակել սեպտեմբերի ագրեսիան ՀՀ–ի դեմ, դրա վառ ապացույցն է: Ալիևը փորձում է ապացուցել, որ պատրաստ է հանդես գալ բոլորի դեմ՝ պնդելով իր կամքը ու ոչ ոք իրեն չի կանգնեցնի: Սա տիպիկ բռնապետական պահվածք է: Բայց մտադրությունը մեկն է՝ գնալ նոր ագրեսիայի: Դա ռեժիմի պահպանման գլխավոր երաշխիքներից է: Սրա կանխմանը պետք է ուղղված լինեն մեր քայլերը:
