ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախաձեռնված և ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության Անտառային կոմիտեի «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Թումանյանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Կ. Ղ.-ն 2021 թվականի ընթացքում Թումանյանի անտառտնտեսությունից մթերված փայտանյութը տարբեր անձանց վաճառելու համար նրանցից ստացել է կաշառք և կատարել պաշտոնեական կեղծիք: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն։

Մասնավորապես` պարզվել է, որ Կ. Ղ.-ն Ա. Բ.-ի օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում գործողություն կատարելու, այն է՝ իր ղեկավարած մասնաճյուղի անտառային ֆոնդի տարածքից 5,7 մ3 վառելափայտը նրան վաճառելու համար նույն օրը իր աշխատասենյակում նրանից անձամբ ստացել է 47.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, սակայն Ա. Բ.-ին հանձնել է իր կողմից կազմված` ընդամենը 4 մ3 փայտանյութի բացթողնման վերաբերյալ կեղծ փաստաթուղթ:

Բացի այդ, Գ. Պ.-ի օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում գործողություն կատարելու, այն է՝ նույն անտառային ֆոնդի տարածքից նրան 25 մ3 վառելափայտ վաճառելու համար Կ. Ղ.-ն նրանից նույնպես ստացել է 117.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, իսկ մեկ այլ անձի 33 մ3 վառելափայտ վաճառելու համար վերջինից պահանջել է 165.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:

Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև, որ ՍՊԸ-ի օգտին ակնհայտ ապօրինի անգործության, այն է՝ նշված ընկերության աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության «Թումանյանի անտառպետության» պահաբաժնում անցկացված գազի խողովակաշարը 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի ընթացքում ապամոնտաժելու հետևանքով շուրջ 450 մ2 մակերեսով անտառային տարածքի ոչնչացման փաստը չարձանագրելու և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով իրավական ընթացակարգեր չնախաձեռնելու համար նույն ընկերության Վանաձորի մասնաճյուղի տնօրենից ստացել է 240.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

28.11.2022 թ.-ին «Թումանյանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Կ. Ղ.-ն և ևս երկու անձ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի քննիչի կողմից ձերբակալվել են:
