Er10.kz-ն գրում է, որ շվեյցարացի գիտնականները մշակել են արդյունավետ թափանցիկ արևային վահանակներ՝ մոտ 30% արդյունավետությամբ, որոնք կարող են տեղադրվել պատուհաններում ապակու փոխարեն։

Հայտնի որպես Graetzel բջիջներ, ներկերի նկատմամբ զգայուն այդ արևային էլեմենտները (DSCs) էժան արևային մարտկոցների տեսակ են, որոնց ստեղծման համար օգտագործում են լուսազգայուն ներկ, որը տեսանելի լույսը էներգիայի վերածելու համար տարածվում է կիսահաղորդչային մակերեսի վրա:

DSCs-ի նախորդ տարբերակները մեծապես հիմնված էին արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների վրա, սակայն Լոզանի դաշնային պոլիտեխնիկական դպրոցի (EPFL) գիտնականները գտել են թափանցիկ ֆոտոզգայունացուցիչներ ստեղծելու նոր միջոց:

Մոլեկուլների կառուցվածքի փոփոխությունը հնարավորություն է տվել բարձրացնել DSCs-ների էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը։ Այժմ այն ​​գերազանցում է 15%-ը արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների դեպքում և մինչև 30%-ի է հասնում շրջակա միջավայրի լույսի ներքո:

«Մեր արդյունքները բացում են ոչ միայն ավելի բարձր արդյունավետության DSCs-ների ճանապարհը, այլ նաև խոստումնալից հեռանկարներ ցածր հզորության էլեկտրոնային սարքերի և մարտկոցների էլեկտրամատակարարման փոխարինման համար», — ասել են հետազոտության հեղինակները:

DSCs-ները թափանցիկ են, ճկուն և կարող են արտադրվել գույների լայն տեսականիով, և համեմատաբար ցածր գնով: Այդ թափանցիկ արևային մարտկոցներն արդեն օգտագործվում են լուսամուտներում, ջերմոցներում և շենքերի ապակե ճակատներում։
2012 թվականին SwissTech կոնֆերանս կենտրոնն առաջինն էր, որտեղ DSCs-ներ են օգտագործվել հանրային շենքում:

2017 թվականին Կոպենհագենի միջազգային դպրոցը բացել է իր նոր շենքը, որը ծածկված էր մոտավորապես 12000 կապույտ թափանցիկ նույն DSCs տեխնոլոգիա օգտագործմամբ արևային մարտկոցներով: Նրանք տարեկան արտադրում են մոտ 300 ՄՎտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա, որն ապահովում է դպրոցի տարեկան էներգիայի պահանջարկի կեսից ավելին:
