Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը նոյեմբերի 29-ին հանդիպել է մի խումբ տեղահանվածների հետ՝ «Գեն» նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի հիմնադիր Արմինե Ավագիմյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ինչպես հայտնում են Արցախի ԱԺ-ից, ողջունելով հասարակական նախաձեռնությունները՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը կարևորել է հանրությանը մտահոգող հարցերի բարձրաձայնումը նման կառույցների կողմից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսվել է տեղահանվածների հիմնախնդիրների մասին: Նշվել է, որ դրանք միշտ խորհրդարանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում են, ցանկացած ծրագիր, օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն, որը նպաստում է տեղահանվածների սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծմանը, աջակցություն է ստանում օրենսդիրի կողմից:
«Իմ պայքարը 2 ուղղությամբ է՝ Արցախի կարգավիճակ ու զոհված ազատամարտիկների ընտանիքների, տեղահանվածների, աղքատների ու ճնշվածների շահերի պաշտպանություն», - ասել է Արթուր Թովմասյանը: Նա պատրաստակամությամբ լսել է տեղահանվածներին ու ընթացքավորել մի շարք հրատապ հարցեր:
Անդրադառնալով բռնի տեղահանվածներին բնակարանով ապահովելու հարցին՝ Արթուր Թովմասյանը նշել է, որ ծրագիրը փաստացի մեկնարկել է 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից ու ավարտին կհասցվի 2024 թվականի հուլիսին: Տեղահանվածների բնակվարձի փոխհատուցման պարտավորությունն էլ պետությունը մինչև դեկտեմբերի վերջը կիրագործի:
Հանդիպման մասնակիցները մտահոգություն են հայտնել պարապուրդում գտնվող պետական հիմնարկների աշխատողների աշխատավարձի վճարման դադարեցման մասին շրջանառվող լուրերի կապակցությամբ: ԱԺ նախագահը շեշտել է, որ իր տեսակետն անփոփոխ է՝ աշխատանքով ապահովել, նոր կրճատել: Այս համատեքստում տեղահանվածները կարևորել են վերաորակավորման հարցը:
Քննարկվել են տեղահանվածների նյութական վնասների փոխհատուցման, ՀՀ տեղափոխվածներին տրամադրվող սերտիֆիկատների կիրառելիության հետ կապված հարցեր:
«Գեն» նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի հիմնադիր Արմինե Ավագիմյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել անմիջական մթնոլորտի համար, իր հերթին Արթուր Թովմասյանն ասել է, որ Արցախում յուրաքանչյուր պետական պաշտոնյայի դուռ ժողովրդի առաջ բաց պետք է լինի:
