Կիևին սպառնում է մինչև գարուն առանց ջերմության և ջրամատակարարման մնալու ռիսկը, եթե քաղաքում ջեռուցումն առնվազն մեկ օրով դադարի։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է քաղաքի քաղաքապետ Վիտալի Կլիչկոն՝ ելույթ ունենալով Կիևի անվտանգության ֆորումում։

«Եթե 24 ժամ ջեռուցում և ջուր չլինի -5 արտաքին ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում, ապա մեզ անհրաժեշտ կլինի Կիևի ջեռուցման համակարգերը ջրահեռացնել, քանի որ դա կարող է հանգեցնել կենսապահովման համակարգերի վնասմանը: Սա նշանակում է, որ մինչև գարուն շատ դժվար կլինի ջուր մատակարարել»,- ասել է Կլիչկոն։

Նա հավելել է, որ նման սցենարի դեպքում ջեռուցման կետերը չեն կարողանա օգնել մարդկանց:

«Այսօր քաղաքում ապրում է 3,5 միլիոն մարդ։ 430 ջեռուցման կետը ծիծաղելի է. Իսկ 500-ը չի օգնի, իսկ 5 հազարը չի բավականացնի»,- եզրափակել է նա։

Նոյեմբերի 23-ին ռուսական զորքերը զանգվածային հարվածներ են հասցրել Ուկրաինայի ռազմական հրամանատարության և կառավարման համակարգի և հարակից էներգետիկ օբյեկտների դեմ, ասել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության խոսնակ Իգոր Կոնաշենկովը։ Նա նշել է, որ հարվածների նպատակն իրականացվել է, նշանակված բոլոր թիրախները խոցվել են։

Նույն օրը Կլիչկոն ասել է, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումների պատճառով քաղաքին կարող է սպասվել Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից ի վեր ամենավատ ձմեռը։
