«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը խոսել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության, այդ թվում՝ Պրահայում հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի ու ԵԽ նախագահի նախաձեռնությամբ կայացած Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպման մասին, որի արդյունքում հայտարարություն է ընդունվել։ Մասնավորաբար, Լավրովը նշել է, թե «նրանք փաստաթուղթ են ստորագրել, որում նշվում է, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացի և խաղաղության պայմանագրերի համար հիմք պետք է ընդունվեն ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և ԱլմաԱթայի 1991 թվականի հռչակագրի համաձայն ճանաչված սահմանները»:

ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի գնահատականները բավական բուռն քննարկումների առիթ դարձան Հայաստանում, եղան նաև քաղաքական ուժերի հայտարարություններ: Այս շարքում ուշագրավ էր Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի անվան հետ կապվող «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության բավական ծավալուն հայտարարությունը, որտեղ մասնավորաբար նշված էր, որ «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությունը պարունակում է որոշակի անհստակություններ՝ կապված Հայաստանի՝ Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրն առանց նախապայմանների ստորագրելու հետ»:

Այս հայտարարությունն ինքնին ուշագրավ է այն կոնտեքստում, որ առանձին շրջանակների կողմից «ավանդաբար» Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը համարվում է «Մոսկվայի պրոյեկտ», «Մոսկվայից Արցախ գործուղված», «Կրեմլի դրածո» և այլն: Այնինչ, փաստացի, նրա հետ ասոցացվող կուսակցությունը Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցում բավականին կոշտ ձևով հակադրվում է նույն Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարին՝ նրա հետ հեռակա բանավեճի մեջ մտնելով:
