Ինչո՞ւ են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վիրավորված Ռուսաստանից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
big-rostov.ru-ն գրում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի թեման վաղեմի թեմա է, այն ցավալի է երկու պետությունների, երկու ժողովուրդների համար։ Այդ հարցում ո՛չ բաղադրատոմսեր կարելի է տալ, ո՛չ էլ ինչ-որ մեկի դիրքորոշումը վերցնել, քանի որ ամեն ինչ խճճված է ու անհասկանալի։ Այնպես որ, պետք չէ այդ առճակատմանը գնահատական տալ. ինչպես ասում են, դա մեր գործը չէ։ Սակայն շատերն են հասկանում, որ Հայաստանի խնդիրների մի զգալի մասը սկսվել է գունավոր հեղափոխությունից, որն ուղեկցվել էր զանգվածային հակառուսական բողոքի ցույցերով, և, իհարկե, կառավարվել էր անգլոսաքսոնների կողմից։
Բայց, չնայած այդ ամենին և Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունների ակնհայտ հակառուսական կուրսին, նույնիսկ նրանք լրիվ հասկանում են, որ իրենց ոչ մի Ամերիկա էլ չի օգնի, և Ռուսաստանն է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության միակ երաշխավորը։ Եթե Հայաստանը դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, եթե դուրս բերվեն ռուսական զորքերը Գյումրիից և շփման գծից, այդ պետությունը կարող է պարզապես դադարեցնել գոյությունը, այն էլ՝ կարճ ժամանակում։ Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանը դա թույլ չի տա։ Առանց ավելորդությունների: Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կցանկանային, որ Ռուսաստանը միջամտեր հակամարտությանը իրենց կողմից և պատերազմի մեջ մտներ Ադրբեջանի դեմ։ Բայց դա հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե պատերազմը հասնի հենց Հայաստանի տարածքին։ Այդ ժամանակ Ռուսաստանն, իհարկե, կկատարի իր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները, դրանում կասկած չկա։ Իսկ Ռուսաստանից վիրավորվելուց առաջ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է իրենց երկու հարց տան. - Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը երբեք չճանաչեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը։
-Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանը 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ իր կանոնավոր բանակը չմտցրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ։ Այդ հարցերի պատասխանները շատերի համար պարզ են, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների։ Երբ եղավ այնպես, որ Դոնբասի բնակչությանը սկսեց սպառնալ լիակատար ոչնչացում, Ռուսաստանը ճանաչեց ԴԺՀ-ն և ԼԺՀ-ն ու տեր կանգնեց նրանց: Իհարկե, հիմա ամեն ինչ շատ դժվար է, այդ պատերազմը ծանր է ընթանում։ Բայց տվյալ դեպքում ոչ ոք չի կարող նախատել Ռուսաստանին սեփական ժողովրդին լքելու համար։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, նախքան նեղանալը, պետք է հասկանան, թե իրականում ի՞նչ են ուզում և ինչի՞ են պատրաստ իրենք իրենց համար։ Այդ խնդիրը իրենք պետք է լուծեն, ընդ որում՝ ոչ ռուս զինվորի հաշվին։
