Այս անմարդկային արարքը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Արցախը հայաթափելու, այնտեղ էթնիկ զտումներ և ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու Ադրբեջանի գերնպատակը մնացել է անփոփոխ: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը՝ անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհը փակ պահելուն:

«Դեկտեմբերի 3-ի կեսօրին ադրբեջանական կողմը դիմել է հերթական սադրանքին՝ Շուշի-Քարին տակ խաչմերուկի հատվածում փակել է Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղին՝ այդպիսով կտրելով Արցախի կապը Հայաստանի հետ և հաղորդակցությունը Շուշիի շրջանի Բերդաձորի ենթաշրջանի գյուղերի հետ: Այս անմարդկային արարքը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Արցախը հայաթափելու, այնտեղ էթնիկ զտումներ և ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու Ադրբեջանի գերնպատակը մնացել է անփոփոխ:

Այս ահաբեկչական քայլը նաև խարխլում է Լաչինի միջանցքի վերաբերյալ միջազգայնորեն ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունը և նենգ հարված է հասցնում տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն և կայունություն ապահովող Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ առաքելությանը:

Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունն ու գործողությունները լուրջ մարտահրավեր են քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին և ակնհայտ անհարգալից ու արհամարհական վերաբերմունք՝ միջազգային իրավունքի նկատմամբ:

Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը խստորեն դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի պետական հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը և գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ սանձազերծելու ագրեսորին»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:
