Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
 
երկու օր է՝ անկեղծորեն զարմանում եմ, երբ զարմանում եք պատմամշակութային շենքերի վանդալիզմի վրա, այս իշխանությունից այլ բան սպասելն ուղղակի անհնար է: Մշակութային վանդալիզմն է վրդովել, բայց արդեն երկու տարի՝ ամեն օր ու ժամ մենք ու մեր երկիրը տարատեսակ վանդալիզմի ենք ենթարկվում գործող իշխանությունների ձեռամբ ու նրանց թողտվությամբ։ Ժամեր առաջ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ադրբեջանցիները փակել են Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը, այսինքն՝ հարյուր հազարավոր արցախցիներ ադրբեջանական շրջափակման մեջ հայտնվելու վտանգի տակ են։
 
Թամանյանական շենքերի, զարդաքանդակների, խոյակների մեջ մխրճած այդ նույն մեխերից հազարապատիկ սուր մեխեր մեխվել են շուրջ 5000 մայրերի սրտերի մեջ, միայն մայրը կարող է հասկանալ այդ սարսափելի, մղկտացնող, մրմռացնող ծակոցը: Եռաբլուրն անընդհատ մեծանում է, մեր բազմաթիվ հերոսներ հաշմված են, բազում ճակատագրեր` խեղաթյուրված, մի ամբողջ գիտակից ազգ ապրում է կիսատ, կոտրված. Արցախի մեծ մասը կորսված է, մի բուռ հողն էլ՝ ամեն վայրկյան շրջափակման մեջ հայտնվելու եզրին, Հայաստանը ևս վտանգված է, ապագան անորոշ մշուշի մեջ է:
 
Գործող իշխանության կործանարար քաղաքականությունը, հակահայ խոսույթը, հայանպաստ մոտեցումների բացակայությունն օր օրի էլ ավելի են կասկածի տակ դնում մեր լինել-չլինելու հարցը, մեր վաղվա օրն ու մեծ դժվարությամբ ձեռք բերված պետականությունը: Յուրաքանչյուր հայ պետք է սթափվի, պայքարի` անկախ իր կարգավիճակից, լավ և վատ ապրելակերպից: Մեր փրկությունը Հայաստան-Սփյուռք-Արցախ միավորման, համատեղ պայքարի և այս իշխանության հեռացման մեջ է: Այլապես դեռ շարունակվելու են ճակատագրեր խեղաթյուրվել, շարունակելու ենք կորցնել, Արցախը մայր Հայաստանին կապող ճանապարհն էլի է փակվելու, ու դեռ բազմաթիվ մեխեր են մեխվելու մեր հոգիների մեջ…
