Եվրամիության 27 անդամ պետությունների հետ համաձայնեցումից հետո «Մեծ յոթնյակի» (ԱՄՆ, Կանադա, Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Իտալիա, Ճապոնիա եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիա) երկրները եւ Ավստրալիան միանում են ԵՄ-ին՝ ռուսական ծովային նավթի գների շեմի սահմանումն ընդունելու համար՝ մեկ բարելի դիմաց 60 ԱՄՆ դոլարի մակարդակում: Այս մասին ասվում է ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ։

Ավելի վաղ նման որոշում էր կայացրել Եվրամիությունը։

«Հաջորդ շաբաթ նավթի գների շեմ սահանելու հարցով կոալիցիան կարգելի ծառայությունների լայն տեսականի, ներառյալ ծովային ապահովագրությունը եւ առեւտրի ֆինանսավորումը, որոնք կապված են ռուսական ծագում ունեցող հում նավթի ծովային փոխադրման հետ, եթե գնորդները նավթ չգնեն մեկ բարելի դիմաց 60 դոլարով կամ ավելի ցածր գնով: Ներկրողները, որոնք ռուսական նավթը ձեռք են բերում բարելի դիմաց 60 դոլարից ոչ պակաս գնով, կպահպանեն կոալիցիայի երկրների մի շարք ծառայությունների հասանելիությունը, որոնք կենսական նշանակություն ունեն նավթի առեւտրի համար։ 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 5-ին ծառայությունների այս արգելքը կտարածվի ռուսական ծագում ունեցող նավթամթերքների ծովային փոխադրումների վրա, եթե այդ ապրանքները չվաճառվեն սահմանված գնով կամ ավելի ցածր գնով, որը կհայտարարվի մինչեւ 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 5-ը»,-ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Ավելի վաղ ԶԼՄ-ները հայտնել էին, որ «Մեծ յոթնյակի» երկրները դիտարկում են ռուսական ծովային նավթի գների շեմը մեկ բարելի դիմաց 65-70 դոլարի սահմաններում։
