Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է

Զավեշտ: Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, ՔՊ-ական մի պատգամավոր, իրեն նեղություն է տվել ու հոդված գրել, որտեղ իբր ներկայացրել է իր «տեսլականը» Հայաստանի անվտանգային ու պաշտպանական համակարգի լիարժեք վերափոխման անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ: И смех и грех… Հիմքից միտումնավոր ավիրել ու զոհաբերել են պաշտպանական համակարգը, հիմա էլ իբրև մտածում են «լիարժեք վերափոխման մասին»:
 
Հոդվածից երևում է, որ տեսականորեն` այստեղից այնտեղից վերցված մոդելներ է առաջարկել, կամ լսել (слышал звон, да не знает, где он): Բնականաբար չի մոռացել «հանձնած Օմարի արծվային տեսողությամբ» վերլուծել ՀՀ անվտանգային համակարգի թերությունները` մոռանալով իր շեֆի դավադիր քաղաքականության և իր թիմի օտարածին ու դիլետանտ լինելու կործանիչ հանգամանքները:
 
ՔՊ պատգամավորին պետք է ասել, որ այո´, 44-օրյա դավադիր պլանավորված պատերազմի հետևանքներով, ինչպես նաև ներքին և արտաքին բազմաթիվ նոր գործոններով պայմանավորված` ՀՀ անվտանգային միջավայրը պետք է վերանայել: Դա հիմա անհրաժեշտություն է և եթե ՔՊ-ում կա մեկն, ով արդեն գիտակցում է, լավ է:
 
Հետևաբար` անվտանգությունից խոսող պատգամավորը պետք է ազնիվ լինի ու տեսնի, որ առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է չեզոքացնել ներքին սպառնալիքները` ինչպիսիք են Նիկոլը, ԱԽՔ-ը, ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության մեծ մասը, «կառավարության» և ուժային կառույցների բարձրաստիճան տարբեր կերպարները: Որովհետև, նրանց գործունեությունը վաղուց դարձել է ՀՀ և Արցախի ազգային անվտանգությանն ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի սպառնալիքներ:
 
Չի´ կարելի շենքը պայթեցնելուց հետո այն վերականգնել` առանց պայթյունի պատճառ հանդիսացող ականներն ու պայթուցիկները վնասազերծելու:
 
ՔՊ-ական այդ պատգամավորին պետք է նաև ասել, որ թեման շատ կարևոր է, բայց ՔՊ քաղաքական բանդայի հետ քննարկման ենթակա անվտանգային միակ թեման` իրենց շեֆերի քաղաքական և իրավական պատասխանատվության հարցերն են:
