ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդի որոշման նախագիծը Հայաստանին օգնություն տրամադրելու միջոցառումների մասին պետք է ստորագրվի, դա կարևոր է հենց հանրապետության համար՝ երկուշաբթի Մոսկվայում կայացած կազմակերպության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստում ասել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին իրավիճակը դարձյալ լարված է։ Նրա խոսքով՝ չնայած տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների տարբեր գնահատականներին, բոլոր պետությունները համաձայն են, որ ներկա պայմաններում Հայաստանը կանգնած է ռիսկերի և սպառնալիքների առաջ։ «Ուստի մշակվել է Հայաստանին օգնություն տրամադրելու վեց կետից բաղկացած միջոցառումների բավականին ծանրակշիռ փաթեթ, որն արժանացել է բոլոր պետությունների հավանությանը»,- պարզաբանել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարը։
«Այն ներառում է լրացուցիչ քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական աշխատանք՝ ապահովելու Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը: Դա դիտորդական առաքելության երկարաձգումն է ևս երկու ամսով, որն իր աշխատանքային խմբերը կտեղակայի սահմանի երկայնքով՝ դժվար հատվածներում, ինչն էլ հնարավորություն կտա անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ձեռնարկել օպերատիվ միջոցներ, այդ թվում՝ ռազմատեխնիկական օգնության տրամադրում»,- ասել է Զասը։
