Գյումրիում բազմաբնակարան նոր շենքեր են կառուցվել
SOCIETYԳյումրու «Մուշ-2» թաղամասի բնակելի երկու նոր շենքերը գրեթե պատրաստ են շահագործման. 36 բնակարանի նոր շահառուները երկրաշարժից հետո տնակներում բնակվող քաղաքացիներն են։
Եվս երկու շենք կառուցման փուլում է. 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո որոշվեց այս նոր մասնաշենքերում բնակարաններ տրամադրել նաև պատերազմի մասնակից և հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած տղաներին։ Շենքերը հարմարեցված կլինեն հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց։
«Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի գործընկերն Ակբա բանկն ու Visa «ԲԱՐԵՐԱՐ» քարտապաններն են։ Շենքերի կառուցման համար բանկն իր շահույթից տրամադրել է 100 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ։
«Շենքերը կայուն են, կառուցված են միաձույլ երկաթբետոնե կոնստրուկցիայով: Շենքերի տանիքը թեք է, որն ինքնանպատակ չէ. տեղադրվել են արևային պանելներ, իսկ թեքությունը համապատասխանում է արևային պանելին։ Բնակարանները կահավորված են, շենքերն ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ են։ Ծրագրում ունենք ևս երկու շենք, որ պետք է կառուցենք՝ 7 ու 9 հարկանի: Այս շենքերը հարմարեցված են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց, գործելու են վերելակներ: Այս շենքերը 58 բնակարան կունենան»,- նշում է «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի շինարարության պատասխանատու, շինարար խորհրդատու Արմեն Ղազարյանը:
Նորակառույց շենքերն ունեն նաև հատուկ տարածք` ստեղծագործելու համար։ Արվեստի սիրահարները կարող են ոգեշնչում փնտրել և առանձնանալ նորակառույցների տանիքում, որը նախագծվել է հատուկ նրանց համար։
2012-ին Ակբա բանկը «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հետ Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ թողարկեց բարեգործական Visa «ԲԱՐԵՐԱՐ» քարտը: Ծրագրի շրջանակում բանկը հիմնադրամի հատուկ հաշվեհամարին իր շահույթից փոխանցում է «Visa «ԲԱՐԵՐԱՐ» քարտով կատարված բոլոր վճարային գործարքների գումարի 0.1%-ը, ինչպես նաև քարտի սպասարկման վարձի 50%-ը:
