ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանն Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում հանդիպում է ունեցել Միջազգային անվտանգության հարցերով փոխպետքարտուղար Էլիոթ Քանգի հետ։
Ինչպես հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկկողմ համագործակցության մի շարք հարցեր։ Մասնավորապես, կարևորվել է մաքսային ոլորտում Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի և ԱՄՆ տարբեր գերատեսչությունների համագործակցության ամրապնդումը։ Կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև Արտահանման վերահսկման և հարակից սահմանային անվտանգության ծրագրի (EXBS) շրջանակում համագործակցության ընդլայնմանն ուղղված հարցերին։
ՊԵԿ նախագահը հանդիպել է նաև ԱՄՆ արդարադատության դեպարտամենտի թմրամիջոցների դեմ պայքարի վարչության ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Քննարկվել են թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության, ինչպես նաև փողերի լվացման հետ կապված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարում երկկողմ համագործակցության, այդ թվում՝ օպերատիվ տեղեկատվության փոխանակմանն առնչվող հարցեր։
Միաժամանակ, կողմերն ընդգծել են փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող տեղեկատվության վերլուծության և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հետ կապված հանցագործությունների հետաքննության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության երկկողմ իրազեկման կարևորությունը։ Հանդիպմանը դիտարկվել են նաև թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների շարունակական վերապատրաստումների իրականացման հնարավորությունները։
Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումները դարձնել շարունակական՝ երկու երկրների մաքսային ծառայության ոլորտներին առնչվող ընթացիկ խնդիրներին արագ լուծումներ տալու նպատակով:
