ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի պաշտպանական խումբը հայտարարություն է արել

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի պաշտպանական խումբը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ձերբակալումից մեկ տարի եւ երեք ամիս անց վերջապես ավարտվեց մեղադրանքի կողմի գրավոր «ապացույցների» հետազոտումը, ինչպես նաեւ քննիչի կողմից փորձագետին ներկայացված հարցադրումների պատասխանների եւ հետեւությունների հետազոտումը, որի ընթացքում չներկայացվեց որեւէ փաստ, տվյալ, փաստաթուղթ, ինչը կարող էր հիմնավորել «վատնման» հանցակազմի առկայությունը, Դավիթ Տոնոյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքում տեղ գտած որեւէ ձեւակերպում կամ այս ամբողջ ժամանակամիջոցում կալանավորման տակ գտնվելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Ավելին, ներկայացված «ապացույցների» մի մասն առհասարակ վերաբերելի չէր մեղադրանքին կամ ոչինչ չէր հիմնավորում, իսկ մյուս մասը՝ հերքում էր մեղադրանքը, որի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանական կողմը արել է համապատասխան հայտարարություններ եւ ներկայացրել է հակափաստարկներ: Ամեն դեպքում՝ կարող ենք վերահաստատել, որ Դավիթ Տոնոյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու հիմքեր չկան»:
