POLITICSՀայաստանը բացասական է վերաբերվում Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումներին։ Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին ասաց Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ պատասխանելով լրագրողներից մեկի հարցին, թե ինչպիսի՞ն է Հայաստանի արձագանքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահների կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքում մինի-հենակետեր տեղադրելուն և Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումներին:
«Հայաստանը բացասական է վերաբերվում դրան։ Եկեք չմոռանանք, որ Լաչինի միջանցքը գտնվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահների վերահսկողության տակ և հանդիսանում է պատասխանատվության գոտի։ Այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ են տարվում, որովհետև, կրկնում եմ, դա ՌԴ խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտին է»,- ասաց Սիմոնյանը։
Դեկտեմբերի 3-ին հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Շուշի-Քարին տակ խաչմերուկի հատվածում քաղաքացիական հագուստներով մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ բնապահպանական պատճառաբանությամբ փակել են Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղին: Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբից հայտնել էին՝ ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանն այս քայլով դիմում է սադրանքի Հայաստանի և Արցախի միջև ցամաքային կապի ընդհատման և խաղաղ բնակչությանը հոգեբանական ահաբեկչության ենթարկելու համար: Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատուները բանակցություններ էին վարում ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղին բացելու հարցով: Ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ ավելի քան երեք ժամ տևած բանակցությունների արդյունքում Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ մայրուղին երկկողմանի բացվել էր:
Ավելի ուշ,Արցախում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ղեկավար Անդրեյ Վոլկովի հայտարարել էր, որ նախատեսում ենխաղաղապահների առաջին անցակետում տեղադրել տեխնիկական վերահսկման սարքեր՝ աշխատանքը հեշտացնելու համար:
