Խաղաղության հաստատմանը կամ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցությունները ակտիվ փուլում են, մենք ստացել ենք ադրբեջանական կողմի հերթական առաջարկները և հանդես կգանք մեր հերթական առաջարկներով։ Այս մասին կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

«Ցավոք կողմերի մոտեցումները բազմաթիվ հարցերում շատ հեռու են իրարից, բայց բանակցությունները հենց նրա համար են, որ կարողանան հեռու դիրքորոշումների միջև ընդհանուր եզրեր գտնել։ Առայժմ միմյանց համար կան անընդունելի բաներ»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը։

Անդրադառնալով երկու երկրների արտգործնախարարների հնարավոր հանդիպմանը, Միրզոյանը ասաց․ «Հանդիպում այս պահին պլանավորած չէ, բայց ենթադրում եմ, որ մինչև տարեվերջ կունենաք։ Վստահ չեմ, որ մինչև տարեվերջ կունենանք պայմանագրի քիչ թե շատ վերջնական տարբերակ, թեև այդպես էինք հայտարարել, դա ավելի շատ մտադրության հայտարարություն էր»։

Խոսելով դելտեմբերի 7-ին ղեկավարների կայանալիք հանդիպման չեղարկման մասին, Միրզոյանը նշեց․

«Ադրբեջանական կողմը խեղաթյուրում է պայմանավորվածությունները, Պրահայում քառակողմ պայմանավորվածություն էր ձեռք բերվել հաջորդ հանդիպման վերաբերյալ, բայց ադրբեջանական կողմը հրաժարվել է այս ձևաչափով հանդիպել, սա ապակառուցողական քայլ է, այս պահին ղեկավարների հանդիպման որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չկա»։
